01/12/2024: First time at this business. Nice and spacious environment. Courteous and prompt staff. Ample parking. Unfortunately the rating is lowered by the final cooking of the pizza (double dough, well seasoned) which is burnt (below) for about a quarter. Fried good and dry. I reserve the right to change the evaluation, perhaps taking the products on a quieter evening. Positive experience.

31/01/2025: I only used the hotel without the spa. Hotel ok, the rooms are clean but the mobility is a little ruined.

27/01/2025: A terrible experience. The food is inedible, dishes arrive all together. I'm sorry we didn't eat and money was wasted. Service 0, no smile, you can see that kindness and forced as if they are doing me a favor. Seeing that we almost didn't eat, they didn't even offer a discount! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

24/12/2024: Attentive and competent staff. Buffet breakfast served on the terrace in the shade of the cypress trees. The pool is also beautiful. We relaxed for a couple of hours before facing the return journey by car. Free parking available to customers

18/12/2024: Genuinely cannot understand how this place gets so many good reviews, because it is absolutely disgusting. It's overgrown and dirty, broken glass around the pool that went uncleaned for days, a room that smelled like something died there, a king bed that was literally two broken singles pushed together, and the most unfriendly and rudest staff we dealt with in 6 months in Italy (the receptionist even flicked her smoke butt onto our patio). Don't ruin your holiday - book somewhere else

19/04/2024: I lived in Arezzo for two years and I assure you that these are the best burgers in the city without a shadow of a doubt. Light and tasty, full of fresh ingredients and made on the spot. It is my favorite burger shop, also because it has maintained honest prices. Well deserved 5 stars, congratulations!

15/03/2025: Amazing food, kind staff and top location!!, only one problem, I went to eat in this restaurant with a dear childhood friend of mine called Simone, unfortunately he has celiac disease and after dinner he felt ill, experiencing severe pain in his stomach and head. The situation subsequently worsened until I took him to the hospital, where he was hospitalized for 3 days in intensive care, at the Careggi hospital in Florence he caught Covid (something that has never happened in 5 years of pandemic), after numerous attempts to save him by the healthcare staff my friend Simone passed away. In conclusion, if you are celiac, don't come and eat here!!
