30/08/2024: Everything perfect. Bright and comfortable rooms, nice and clean environment. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant service offers abundant and tasty meals. Ideal for a romantic getaway or for a family holiday as it is a quiet and peaceful place immersed in the greenery of Tuscany. I also recommend this hotel to those who want to visit various cities and towns in the area, as it is located in a strategic point and close to villages to visit and the city of Arezzo

02/11/2024: Very bad experience. For many years when I travel around the world I have included the Caesar Salad in my order and also in this restaurant, once I read it on the menu, I proceeded to order it. Once served I immediately noticed that the Caesar sauce had not been added. Upon my request, I was told by the staff present that the Caesar Salad in the area was prepared without Caesar sauce. So all the restaurants that prepare this dish in the Cortona area are making a mistake. From today the Caesar Salad, according to the staff of this restaurant, is without Caesar sauce... All you had to do was politely reply that you didn't have this sauce available and it would have ended there. A small gesture of courtesy would have been enough. I don't think I can recommend this restaurant, a small problem is enough to make you feel bad.

Servicio amable y servicial y un ambiente muy agradable y mesas para comer en el lugar. Tan delicioso que desearía poder comer aquí todos los días.

Infatti siamo andati con amici del posto...che sorpresa..cordialita' e tanta fantasia nei piatti , siamo andati sul menu' di Pesce , veramente gradevole , ben lavorato. Sicuramente da provare . 30/08/2024: Il gelato è buono e la signora molto attenta e gentile . Peccato per il resto ovvero l’ altra collega completamente svogliata priva di professionalità ed educazione . Assolutamente inadatta a lavorare al pubblico a livello estetico sempre arrabbiata e mai sorridente ancora peggio se apre la bocca scortese priva di femminilità eleganza e professionalità . Se una persona non svolge volentieri il proprio lavoro o e’ infelice o esausta e’ pregata di non prendersela con i clienti ma bensì di prendere le porte e cambiare lavoro magari in una fabbrica luogo più adatto alla persona in questione così non farebbe perdere clienti alla gelateria .

24/11/2024: The place changed management a few months ago, the new managers are friendly and professional, we ate grilled trout with potatoes and stewed wild boar with polenta, all really excellent and plentiful. The environment is that of a mountain restaurant, pleasant and well-kept, the only flaw is the aspiration of the kitchen 🤗

11/02/2024: Small but very welcoming bar, friendly and helpful managers. It has everything needed for the place where it is placed. Room below for parties and matches, recreational games, fan trophies etc... recommended.

They responded in a really rude way saying that to talk to the owner I would have to call his personal number and talk to him. Number which among other things is personal. Don't go there, they don't know how to do their job!!
