05/12/2024: Yesterday I discovered a place that aroused continuous emotions in me. The location is a continuous surprise until the last step where the dining room is not visible and therefore the short path of a few meters that guests have to take inside this beautiful structure to observe is beautiful. The furnishings are simple in shape and materials but enhance the taste and elegance of the details placed above the tables and in the room. The "waitress" immediately manages to put you at ease with education, professionalism and passion that emerges from her gaze and in her calm but clear tone when proposing the various menus. It is an environment that I define as more classy than elegant, in the sense that you can also go there dressed casually as an outfit and not be absolutely out of place; everything else "imposes" a certain behavior that enhances the class. I found the menus interesting, curious, simple, clear and easily consultable. I decided to take the 5-course tasting and a glass of bubbles, all in conversation with the dining room staff who described every single course in a clear and easily imaginable way. Even though I am "ignorant" about wines, the choice recommended to me was a winner. The wait between one course and another was very respectable as the dishes are all made at the moment and the types of bread presented were delirious! In a good way of course!!! The dessert could not be missed and closed the circle of this high-level tasting journey! I am not a chef, I am not an expert, I am a simple Italian citizen who loves to discover new places and flavors, then giving voice to the sensations I felt from the first to the last minute I was in the restaurant. The clean toilets (not obvious) only confirmed the cleanliness, order and respect towards the customer who enters the "house". Congratulations indeed and if I have to nitpick, perhaps those 2°C of extra heat yesterday wouldn't have been bad for us. Distance is not a limit, if it's worth it and I was happy to do 100km!!! 22/10/2024: I was only there for lunch, very welcoming and helpful service, classic structure dating back to several years ago in which hotel, restaurant and bar come together to form a fun combination. Staying on lunch: Generous portions (obviously local menu), a good amount of choice and a good quality of cuisine. I really liked the sliced ​​beef. Ricotta and spinach raguoli with ragù done very well because with very little oil in the ragù. All with a quality-price ratio. I will be back!!

22/11/2024: Evening with quality but above all fresh food, from fish to vegetables, abundant choice of excellently processed products, served simply by a pleasant and kind lady, we will definitely return, we had a great time. Aimé, the photos of the starters are missing, excellent, accompanied with a 2018 Satėn, reasonable price of the courses, wine logically excluded.

16/08/2024: We did really well to choose Fattoria di Germagnano for the August holiday. They thought of a format different from the restaurant and more suitable for the occasion, that is, baskets with all the dishes inside, obviously with many of their products, which can be consumed at the tables in the shade of the pine forest or spread out on the lawn with a blanket. kind of picnic. Special note of merit goes to the availability of making a gluten-free variant for me as I am intolerant, but be careful if you are celiac, unfortunately contamination cannot be guaranteed in an event with so many people. The icing on the cake is a nice cheese making demonstration before lunch. The only flaw is perhaps the road to get there which is unpaved, steep and with several potholes, obviously becoming a problem only for those who don't have a suitable car or are not familiar with mountain roads.

Complimenti il lavoro abbinata alla passione paga sempre.

25/10/2024: Sono stato in questa pizzeria per ben 2 volte. Che dire? Decadenza totale. Impasto senza sale, ingredienti di qualità scarsa. Una delle rarissime volte in vita mia in cui ho fatto fatica a finire una pizza. Insapore e nauseante. Il tutto condito da prezzi sopra la media. Grande croce rossa su questo posto❌

20/09/2024: Pizza fresca y muy sabrosa. Visité en una noche muy lluviosa y estaba muy ocupado. Un montón de gente entrando y saliendo pidiendo comida para llevar. La mayoría piensa que eran locales, no es elegante y es un poco brillante y moderno (en lugar de rústico), pero recomendaría encarecidamente para un sabor auténtico. El personal era amable y servicial, solo ten cuidado ya que Waze te lleva al lugar equivocado!

12/06/2024: Heerlijk geluncht met vegan mogelijkheden. Dagmenu en keuze voor groentes. Vlees van scharrelvarken. De groentes waren heerlijk, lekker gekruide geroosterde wortelschijfjes, groene asperges, Courgette en aardappels geroosterd. Als dessert verse aardbeien.

27/03/2024: Un locale che ha aggiunto all'attività di salumeria (salumi e formaggi di qualità), anche un servizio ai tavoli con diversi primi, secondi e contorni. Non ha un parcheggio privato per le auto. Pochi tavoli (occorre prenotare) , buona qualità dei prodotti, servizio veloce.
