Artisan craftsmanship and meticulous selection of ingredients. Courtesy and professionalism. Excellent value for money. Definitely the best bakery in the area! 🔝💯🔝 It's so hard to choose the bread, so we opted for a selection: - the Gran Nero, a wonderful bread, packed with seeds, still good after a week; - its cousin, the Procorn, slightly lighter in color, which includes corn flour; - the pumpkin seed bread, which can also be eaten plain! - the Grandfather's/Farmer's bread - out of this world! The schiacciata all'uva is incredibly delicious - like all the products baked every day by Marco's magical hands 🥰 On Thursdays, they also offer slow-cooked legumes 🫘 - delicious 😋 If you haven't tried it yet, you absolutely must!

Bar Pizzeria Montalone

21/01/2026: At first glance, the interior isn't particularly inviting – a simple room with a bar and counter selling cheese, ham, and salami, shelves stocked with various toiletries and other items, two or three basic tables with chairs, and a quirky collection of decorations. Everything seems a bit old-fashioned and worn... but don't let that put you off, because the food and friendly service are fantastic; you'll find the best pizza in the whole area here! Behind the bar is another room, simply but nicely furnished, with checkered tablecloths on the tables, and behind the counter at the far end of this dining room is the large wood-fired oven. There's no menu; you simply tell them what you'd like on your pizza. In addition to pizza, they also offer various charcuterie boards with local sausage and cheese specialties and very tasty homemade "giardiniera" (pickled vegetables). When the weather is nice, they also serve outside. There's a covered terrace and a few additional tables under shady trees, overlooking the valley. The restaurant is very popular, and many people come to order pizza to go. It's therefore advisable to arrive very early in the evening or to reserve a table.
22/10/2025: It's a place from another era, and that's precisely why it has its charm. The ladies are very kind and helpful.
