27/09/2025: The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Very intimate setting with only four tables inside, it felt like being invited into a friend’s home and being treated to a multi-course dinner. We didn’t even see the menu prior to showing up nor upon our arrival, there was one tasting menu available and the dishes just kept coming. We did however receive a call from the restaurant a couple of hours before our reservation to ask about our dietary requirements and preferences. Everything was delicious and every dish was explained in detail by a kind and warm waiter who paired the wine with each dish perfectly. I still think about the pasta from Organika and I had a lot of pastas during our stay in Tuscany. We were late by 20 mins and experienced no animosity, we were welcomed with a smile. We even received a loaf of their delicious bread at the end because we mentioned how much we loved it. We really enjoyed the music as well. Truly one of the best dining experiences I have ever had.

The location is truly beautiful, the restaurant serves top-quality dishes with impeccable service, thanks in large part to the maître d', Vittorio, who looked after us with skill and professionalism, recommending the perfect wine and accommodating all our requests.

27/10/2025: I decided to treat my partner to a night with a five-wine tasting for his birthday. The experience was absolutely fantastic! Starting with the location, the villa is tidy, clean, and beautiful. The staff was very kind and always available. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with a breathtaking view of the valley. At the tasting, the sommelier taught us so many things we didn't know and let us savor the Tuscan delicacies, explaining wine after wine. Accompanied by two excellent quality platters. I want to point out that I am celiac, and the entire menu, breakfast, and everything I ate was spectacular! They pay special attention to intolerances and allergies. What more can I say? We'll definitely be back! An excellent location for weddings and events, too.

09/02/2026: Excellent restaurant with Casentino tradition. Acqua cotta is excellent, and the cantuccini with vin santo is a must. The staff is friendly and helpful.

01/02/2026: I dined here a few months ago. Da Giovannino is a simple restaurant in the center of San Giovanni. The food is good, both traditional Tuscan dishes and pizzas and baked goods. Perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or family in a comfortable atmosphere.

17/12/2025: A promise is a promise! :-) A restaurant serving authentic Roman cuisine, without frills or unnecessary sophistication. The atmosphere is simple, essential, yet welcoming: you come here to eat well, and you immediately understand that. The dishes are simply sublime, prepared with respect for tradition and a quality that never disappoints. Each time it's a confirmation, so much so that returning becomes natural and always a pleasure. A special mention also goes to the owner: with his unique manner and a unique sense of humor, perhaps disconcerting at first, but capable of raising a smile and making the experience even more authentic. A true character, like his restaurant. A place you'll gladly return to, for the food, the atmosphere, and that genuine Roman spirit that is not so obvious these days. Well done

09/03/2026: You always look outside your comfort zone for places to try and test, to gain new experiences. I've lived near this place for three years and had never tried it. I'll never make that mistake again. The enchanting and refined atmosphere, with stylish details that blend past and present Tuscany. I ate locally sourced dishes expertly prepared with technique and taste. The vegetables are prepared with the delicacy of those who produce and care for them. Dishes that exude flavor and quality. Definitely worth a try. P.S. Pigiama (a splendid chocolate Labrador) is a discreet and friendly dining companion.

Everything was perfect, the food was excellent, everything was made with care, the wedding cake was perfect, made as we wanted it and above all delicious. Impeccable service. The staff was always available and with a smile, thanks for everything.

02/01/2026: A pleasant evening in Arezzo at this place I wasn't familiar with. Modern and elegant decor, a relaxing atmosphere. Friendly and professional table service, young and motivated staff. The specialty here is fresh pasta. Recommended are the tagliatelle with veal ragù, and the onion soup (fantastic) as an appetizer. Then came the "cavati" with pumpkin and Montemercole pecorino cheese and Grigio del Cessentino bacon. All washed down with two glasses of Syrah. The meal ended beautifully with dessert: rice cake with English cream. Affordable and not overpriced prices, a place suitable for all ages, including families. Ample free parking is available outside. Whether you're in Arezzo on vacation or just passing through, this place is worth a visit. Definitely worth returning to.
