An evening with friends at the Ristorante Pizzeria i Gelsi Location: A simple restaurant set up with recycled materials, with an open kitchen; in summer, you can eat outside in the garden. Parking: There's a Gala supermarket nearby, and we can take advantage of the large, always-open parking lot. Staff: Friendly and quick to serve, even when the restaurant is full. Food: The Gelsi appetizer was really good and plentiful. The fried appetizer was plentiful, but it's a shame about the quality because it's made up of several pre-cooked items, like the battered vegetables and mozzarella. The pizza was good, easy to digest, and well-seasoned. Prices: Super affordable.

I decided to organize my daughter's baptism/birthday lunch at the "Ai Gelsi" restaurant. It was a beautiful day and very well organized. The food was typical Tuscan, plentiful, and beautifully prepared! They were also extremely attentive to their guests' dietary needs. I highly recommend it for events or even just for dinner.

The dough is very good. The pizza toppings aren't excellent, but they're still very good. The service is fast and friendly. The price is average.
