A lovely little place, intimate and tidy. The service was kind and courteous, the food was good, varied, and well-cooked. The house wine, a good red reminiscent of Chianti, was also served. The price was more than fair. We tried the appetizer and two different first courses, both very tasty.

L'Osteria in Aboca

10/11/2025: Last Sunday, I went to this restaurant in Aboca for lunch with my friends after a trek. A well-kept place, young staff, and a nice menu. Excellent service from two attractive young women. If I may offer a piece of advice, in such a large, rustic, and beautiful room, installing an electric heater is not only pointless, but also an eyesore—a real shame. You'd need to invest a bit of money into a nice wood-burning stove, perhaps a cast iron one with copper pipes. Besides making the room much more beautiful and welcoming, it would also heat the very cold environment for those sitting down to eat. That said, I'd recommend this place, but not in the winter.
