09/09/2025: Hidden Gem just down one of the streets (3min walk) from Republic Square. Amazing experience, wish we would have found it sooner!

22/08/2025: We stumbled upon Birrificio Cortonese by chance and only later saw the glowing reviews that confirm it. We ate a 200g Chianina burger sandwich with a generous side dish, and we also enjoyed some delicious mushroom pici... the chef and staff were truly attentive and kind. I think we'll be back tonight for a craft beer and some other delicious food. This is the result of hard work and dedication! Truly excellent.

17/08/2025: We stopped by chance and it was a lovely surprise, a stunning location and very tastefully decorated, entering it feels like being in another era, a small but well-structured place, beautiful first floor, quality raw materials and excellently cooked, young but very professional staff, well done and congratulations, if we return to Arezzo we will know where to go to eat.

13/08/2025: Very slow service (45 min for 2 cold bruschettas) and not very generous portions with omissions (no pistachios, no parsley, etc.): two small sardines on a slice of toast. High bill (€40 for two with lemonade). Inattentive staff, no check-ins during the meal. Disappointing experience.

15/05/2025: Maritim eingerichtet, auf Fisch spezialisiert, supernettes Team, dass offensichtlich mit viel Spass und Liebe am arbeiten sind. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, Egal ob Vorspeisen, Hauptgänge oder Nachtisch, alles sehr sehr lecker und das Ananas Tiramisu eine Entdeckung 😋😋😋😋😋

23/08/2025: I am a fussy eater and love cooking- I can swear, the pici pasta with chianina ragù was something out of this world. Every bite was an experience of heaven. The waiter was speedy and friendly, the location charming. Only trouble were the mosquitoes, would be nice if they had nets on their doors somehow. I will most certainly return for pasta.

28/07/2025: A beautiful mountain hotel in the Casentinesi Forest Park, nestled in a beautifully restored small village. Managed with great kindness and cordiality, with particular attention to respect for the environment and its guests, it offers a delicious breakfast, some of which is freshly prepared. A swimming pool and parking are also available. A truly enchanting place.

20/08/2025: Highly recommended, starting with the professionalism of the welcoming and friendly waitresses. We ate fish and I must say it was excellent value for money. The wine list is well-curated and the desserts are delicious.

07/08/2025: Ipo is our go-to restaurant in the Valdarno. Besides the always friendly and helpful staff, the cuisine is top-notch. Here you'll find sublime seafood, top-quality meat, and, last but not least, exceptional pizza. All at a very reasonable price! What more can we say? Go and try it!

17/09/2025: Tourist trap. You won't find a single Italian here. Don't rely on the Michelin rating. We know the area and the cuisine well, and almost always experience the delicious food and warm hospitality in restaurants in this area. Not here. The host is an annoying, pushy man. He makes tasteless jokes, unnecessarily touches sensitive areas, and is incredibly loud and self-absorbed. The other waitresses are friendly but also visibly uncomfortable. He constantly pressures you to order dishes and drinks you haven't asked for, even after politely refusing several times. Ten minutes later, he starts the same game again. Then the price. I wonder how long ago the Michelin rating for price/quality was issued. It's outdated. The food is far too expensive for what you get. It's not bad, but far from exceptional. Finally, an incomprehensible bill is deliberately presented. There have been several reports of this. The actual receipt is only given after payment. Walking back to the car we realized the sneaky extra costs.

11/09/2025: Such an Italian experience in a wonderful, family run restaurant. We were the only foreighners at the evening service and the food was well prepared and very well priced. The Calzone was very large and very filling. The lamb chops well cooked and the roast potatoes were fabulous. We were meeting some Italian friends there, and we were not hurried at all, even though we were the first customers to arrive and the last to depart.

04/10/2025: Pici all'aglione... Divine and infernal at the same time, not recommended for the faint of heart. Quick and efficient service, delicious wine by the glass. Well-balanced bill Recommended

09/09/2025: A real discovery, you wouldn't expect to find such a spectacular array of flavors in an industrial area: from prosciutto to focaccia, from fried porcini mushrooms (worthy of applause) to the crispiest and cleanest fried food I've ever eaten (not greasy). And finally: a steak cooked and aged to perfection... The desserts were all excellent, in short... thanks to whoever introduced us to it, and what can I say: we'll definitely be returning.
