17/03/2026: We celebrated a 30th and 23rd birthday. We had the room all to ourselves and had a great time. We loved both the top-notch food and the hospitality. The price was fair, as we had booked a set menu: 1 Tuscan appetizer, 2 first courses, and 1 second course with 3 side dishes, wine, and water.

01/12/2025: If you're looking for authentic products and more, Lunghini is a guarantee. You'll discover just how many delights there are. The local butcher section is top-notch, the selection of wines and spirits is top-notch, the counter is stocked with traditional and European cheeses, prepared foods, and a stellar tiramisu. What more can I say? Just come in and you'll understand. Also open on Sunday mornings.

19/11/2025: Having moved around here recently, I would say this is one of the better grocery stores in the area. An amazing selection of items. A surprisingly vast gin collection too. You can find some really great things here, and the quality is very nice. Prices are very fair and the service is great.

15/04/2026: We spent three magical nights at I Tre Baroni, taking advantage of the three-night package that included a room with a spa, a private massage, a private excursion, and a tasting dinner at the Mater restaurant (a truly special place!). What can I say? From the very beginning, Gessica was incredibly kind and available to answer all our questions and clarify any doubts, even before our stay, personalizing our experience. When we arrived, we immediately felt welcomed. The room was gorgeous, very spacious, with a spectacular view of the Casentinesi Forests National Park. The room was spotless, with a hot tub and sauna. The private excursion with Stefano was a wonderful experience: his guide was invaluable in helping us fully appreciate the wonders of the park! The dinners at the restaurant were also highly recommended: the atmosphere is meticulously maintained and welcoming, the service impeccable, and you have the opportunity to sample the local flavors, expertly cooked and served. 13/04/2026: An unacceptable experience. I was looking for the silence of Casentino, but I found chaos. It all started with a lack of transparency: I booked a suite with a sauna, but upon check-in, they gave me a different room without telling me, hoping I wouldn't notice. Only after I protested was I granted a change; there's no point in calling it an upgrade, since the room offered lacked the booked amenities and was aesthetically inferior. The rest was a crescendo of poor service: - Technical: The suite shower was unusable due to lack of pressure. - Acoustic: A sleepless night due to the roar of the whirlpool tubs below (until midnight). I didn't call again just to avoid waking my partner, who, after various mix-ups, had only managed to sleep thanks to earplugs. - Construction site: Awake at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, hammering on the roof and weaving between construction trucks to get to breakfast. Work was kept quiet until arrival despite a recent reservation (24 hours in advance). The 50% discount was obtained only after a firm discussion. The initial disrespect and the construction-like environment are incompatible with a high-end hotel. Not recommended.

17/04/2026: The restaurant at Hotel Minerva was a nice surprise. We enjoyed a bottle of local wine and Tuscan specialties, all very delicious, local, and homemade. The service was excellent.

30/03/2026: The only real hotel in Arezzo, along with the Continentale. I remember the days of manager Emilio. Excellent restaurant. Impeccable service. The building is over a decade old, but still intact and welcoming. A cult property in Arezzo.

12/04/2026: It needs renovation... especially the bathrooms! The view is worth it.

14/11/2025: Wide selection of pecorino cheeses. Excellent value. The lady at the counter was very kind and friendly.

18/01/2026: We stayed in an apartment that lacked nothing; the bed in particular was very comfortable. The owners pampered us and, as soon as we arrived, gave us a tour of the farm, where we got to meet Enzo, their affectionate dog. The restaurant's food is excellent and homemade: we loved it so much we bought some of their cheeses to take home.

06/11/2025: We stayed one night and the next day we did the cheese-making workshop. It was very interesting, well explained, and everyone participated actively! For all ages. The food for dinner was delicious. The stew was amazing! Located in the middle of nature and in the Alpe della Luna nature reserve. The last kilometer uphill is a bit bumpy by car, but it's manageable! We had a great time, thanks in part to the owners' friendliness and kindness! Kudos also to the guy who "looks after the animals" and showed us all the animals and explained everything about them! Their cheeses are delicious.

02/11/2025: A charming place in a strategic location if you're planning to visit the Val di Chiana (Cortona and the surrounding area). Tastefully furnished, comfortable rooms, convenient, and very clean. Excellent service, with truly welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional staff. The restaurant serves excellent food!

29/12/2025: A lovely place, with a wide selection of comics and toys for fans of various genres. The aperitifs are delicious, accompanied by snacks. Board games are available. A unique and pleasant place.

14/12/2025: We stopped by for breakfast and found the place clean, the staff friendly, and most importantly, it was surprising because it also has a comic book shop, stocked with lots of things to buy. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for the welcome 😃

19/02/2026: A heavenly tasting experience! ​We opted for the seven-course tasting menu, which, all things considered, turned out to be quite generous (five would probably have been enough, considering the dessert). The menu is expertly selected: each dish represents an unexpected combination of flavors, enhancing—but never overshadowing—the quality of the ultra-fresh fish at the heart of each creation. ​Praise also goes to the wait staff: they were extremely discreet and professional. Unfortunately, we didn't take any photos, but the sensory immersion was so captivating that we completely forgot about our phones.
