04/01/2026: A restaurant with a very nice and warm indoor dining area and an outdoor dining area. Very friendly and fast service. I really appreciated that they served the girls first, which isn't typical for everyone. The pizzas are delicious. My daughter asked for a pizza shaped like a heart and she was happy with it. Good value for money.

10/01/2026: A true 5-star experience and easily the best restaurant in Cortona. From the moment we walked in, we felt warmly welcomed and completely at home. Romano is exceptional—so kind, attentive, and patient, always happy to explain each dish with passion and care. His recommendations were spot on and perfectly suited to us. Every course, from the antipasti to dessert, was a joy. You can truly feel the love and dedication behind each dish. The wine recommendations were wonderful and made the experience even more special. We cannot recommend this place enough. Making a reservation is very easy and absolutely worth it. Without a doubt, our favorite restaurant in all of Tuscany.

08/01/2026: We went to La Terrasse for a birthday dinner and the experience was superb. The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, making it perfect for a special occasion. The food was excellent — very tasty, well presented, and clearly prepared with great care. The service was attentive and professional throughout the evening, making us feel genuinely well looked after. A fantastic place for a memorable dinner, and one we’d happily return to.

06/01/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant almost by chance, and from the first night we knew it wouldn't be an ordinary experience. We started with the meat: a high-quality Chianina steak. We thought we'd already reached the pinnacle... until we discovered that the house specialty is fish. On the second night, we decided to focus entirely on seafood, and that's where the next level came: the tuna my boyfriend had melted in his mouth. The fish was simply a cut above everything else. But what makes this place truly unique is Manlio, the owner. I've never received a welcome like this: attentive, present without being intrusive, capable of capturing my curiosity and needs before they're even expressed. He noticed my interest in the non-alcoholic wine and let me taste it. He discovered my histamine intolerance and not only worked hard to offer me safe and tasty alternatives, but he even provided me with the contact information of a specialized allergist and the name of a supplement used by some of his customers. A gesture that goes far beyond the role of a restaurateur: it's genuine attention to the individual. I've never felt so understood and welcomed in a restaurant. It's rare to encounter places and people that stay with you, that make you feel at home even though you're far away. This is why we'll definitely return to Mantua again: experiences like this are unforgettable and never to be missed. Thanks again, Manlio. Places like yours are good for the heart, as well as the palate.

28/12/2025: Small but well-kept place, excellent for a dinner as a couple and with friends. We had a great time at Christmas lunch. Marco is a wonderful person among the tables and explains very well the things he brings to the table... an environment that makes you feel at home. Greetings also to Marco's father. Excellent. Everything is well done. We will be back.

16/12/2025: We only knew this restaurant by reputation, so our expectations were very high, and they were even exceeded! A very welcoming place: extremely friendly staff, soft music, and elegant decor. And the food... absolutely exceptional. We will definitely be back.

24/05/2025: Osteria dall'atmosfera rustica e davvero particolare, personale molto accogliente, cibo tipico e buonissimo. Dall'antipasto al dolce non rimarrete assolutamente delusi. E alla fine vi offrono anche il vin santo! Il prezzo è modico per quanto vi viene offerto. Consigliata la prenotazione.

17/05/2025: Personale educato e super disponibile a spiegare ogni piatto. Cibo particolare, buono e ben preparato. Un plus per pasta fatta in casa e per i dolci! Semifreddo al mandarino clamoroso!

12/10/2025: We went for lunch today. The chef and the person who served us were extremely kind. We had two calamaratas, a burrata ravioli, a rice gnudo, a mussel pepper dish, and a hamburger. The dishes were truly delicious and beautifully presented. The chef also gave us a truly special dessert: an extra portion of ravioli for my daughter, who was still hungry. He also brought my wife a sample of calamarata, as he put it, "so she wouldn't go away craving it." It's rare to find such quality and kindness toward customers as the charming chef Stefano showed us. We had a good laugh over the combination of local cuisine and refined food, which is truly rare. The price was more than fair. When and if we're in the area, we'll definitely be back.

27/09/2025: The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Very intimate setting with only four tables inside, it felt like being invited into a friend’s home and being treated to a multi-course dinner. We didn’t even see the menu prior to showing up nor upon our arrival, there was one tasting menu available and the dishes just kept coming. We did however receive a call from the restaurant a couple of hours before our reservation to ask about our dietary requirements and preferences. Everything was delicious and every dish was explained in detail by a kind and warm waiter who paired the wine with each dish perfectly. I still think about the pasta from Organika and I had a lot of pastas during our stay in Tuscany. We were late by 20 mins and experienced no animosity, we were welcomed with a smile. We even received a loaf of their delicious bread at the end because we mentioned how much we loved it. We really enjoyed the music as well. Truly one of the best dining experiences I have ever had.

03/09/2025: Everything was incredible — the food, the service, the ambience. We can’t wait to go back. AND Silvia is the best — a delight of a human AND she helped me figure out how to track down some wine I had at Organika once I got back to the states. Amazing.

01/12/2025: If you're looking for authentic products and more, Lunghini is a guarantee. You'll discover just how many delights there are. The local butcher section is top-notch, the selection of wines and spirits is top-notch, the counter is stocked with traditional and European cheeses, prepared foods, and a stellar tiramisu. What more can I say? Just come in and you'll understand. Also open on Sunday mornings.

19/11/2025: Having moved around here recently, I would say this is one of the better grocery stores in the area. An amazing selection of items. A surprisingly vast gin collection too. You can find some really great things here, and the quality is very nice. Prices are very fair and the service is great.

19/01/2026: Wonderful location with a view of the castle, clean and comfortable rooms throughout. We ate excellent Tuscan cuisine and pizza at the restaurant. A wide selection of gluten-free options is available both in the restaurant and for breakfast. Attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

03/01/2026: Extremely shocked!!!!….Absolutely rude, impolite, and unprofessional staff….I didn't even get any food, they didn't even serve it….While we were waiting at the counter, an employee yelled at us very loudly inside the restaurant that something wasn't working and that they wouldn't serve us!!!! 17/01/2026: Today I stopped in for lunch. The place is welcoming and authentic, the staff are incredibly friendly. For starters, I had a porcini mushroom crostini and a sliced ​​Angus steak, which was truly excellent and cooked to perfection! I'll definitely be back as soon as I can!

04/09/2025: My wife and I stumbled upon this restaurant on a Google recommendation. It's not a large but well-maintained restaurant, with outdoor seating in the center of town. For starters, we had ricotta and spinach ravioli with butter and sage, and a cream of truffle and porcini mushrooms, both delicious. For main course, grilled chicken breast for two, with a side of lemon spinach and French fries. For dessert, we had tiramisu (homemade) and caramel panna cotta, water, and a Coke. Everything was truly well-cooked, combined with friendly and professional service, so there were no long waits despite the crowded restaurant. The bill, €50, proved to be a truly excellent value. Highly recommended!

15/11/2025: This place was recommended to me for the quality of their products and their freshly made piadinas, and I have to say it didn't disappoint! I've been there twice and tried both the classic piada and the roll. I loved both, though I think the classic one is truly the best! Highly recommended, especially for a quick but delicious lunch! 🤩

14/01/2026: An excellent experience. So much so that we wanted to return the next day and were disappointed to find the restaurant closed. The food is excellent, the prices very reasonable, and the service friendly, helpful, and fast. I do wonder if she can manage on her own when the restaurant is full, though, as even at half capacity, she had to run around serving dishes and serving takeout customers. We ate our fill of various dishes, and ordered more after our initial order. With a half-liter of wine, we paid €40.
