07/04/2026: You come to Porcavacca for the substance: everything is about the meat. The Florentine steak we ate was beautifully charred on the outside and rare on the inside, as it should be. The atmosphere is informal, and the staff always has that Tuscan charm that makes you feel at home.
01/04/2026: This was our first visit on a cold Tuesday evening. Well worth our walk!
We are new to Arezzo and our Italian language skills are very poor (we just started lessons). The staff were very gracious and helped greatly by helping us in English.
Our Steak was perfect! Our total experience was outstanding!

06/04/2026: The famous schiacciata was supposed to be hot, but it was actually cold. The pork ham was good, though a little thin. They asked for cheese, but it had been sliced for who knows how long—it was absolutely disgusting. Next time, I'll try the one next door.

05/04/2026: It deserves five stars. It was recommended to us and it was the right choice! We had a Tuscan platter with cured meats, cheeses, crostini, and acqua cotta (so good!), truly excellent. But the pizza was fantastic! I had cacio e pepe; my husband had four cheeses with anchovies and onions. Despite the ingredients we chose, the pizza was light, digestible, and very tasty 😋 our daughter ordered a kids' menu. Two desserts, vin santo, and coffee were really cheap. We recommend it to everyone!

04/09/2025: My wife and I stumbled upon this restaurant on a Google recommendation. It's not a large but well-maintained restaurant, with outdoor seating in the center of town.
For starters, we had ricotta and spinach ravioli with butter and sage, and a cream of truffle and porcini mushrooms, both delicious.
For main course, grilled chicken breast for two, with a side of lemon spinach and French fries.
For dessert, we had tiramisu (homemade) and caramel panna cotta, water, and a Coke.
Everything was truly well-cooked, combined with friendly and professional service, so there were no long waits despite the crowded restaurant. The bill, €50, proved to be a truly excellent value.
Highly recommended!

22/10/2025: We discovered it while passing through Pieve al Toppo (AR), and we ate divinely. The atmosphere was quiet, the menu excellent, and the staff extremely efficient. Excellent value. We'll be back to try the steak, even though it's almost 90 km to get there and back, but it's definitely worth it.
