The food is excellent, the old-fashioned potatoes and the main courses are excellent. I would have liked to find at least a risotto or some gluten-free first and/or dessert... fast service, friendly staff, highly recommended!

Traditional dishes executed very well. The crostini are beautifully presented and original, with sauces served separately for spreading. The pappa al pomodoro and peposo are excellent. The large portions make sharing easy. The place is very welcoming, as is the staff.

26/04/2026: We appreciated the high quality of the simple, well-maintained hotel and restaurant: the dinner was truly amazing! The handmade potato-filled ravioli and delicious ragù were fabulous, as were the grilled meats and the porcini mushroom omelette. The room was welcoming and comfortable (well heated, given that it's at 900 meters above sea level and it was still cold in mid-April 2026). The breakfast was excellent, all for €65 per person! I highly recommend it!
17/04/2026: We are three brothers who, being retired, tour the villages in Tuscany. After visiting Michelangelo Buonarroti's home, we arrived at lunchtime without knowing where to go. We arrived at the Bellavista restaurant very hungry. Upon entering, they very kindly seated us at a table. We looked at the menu and chose the dishes shown in the photos below. I can only say one thing: I think it couldn't have been better. We ate tagliatelle with fresh prugnoli mushrooms, where the pasta was just an excuse, the prugnoli mushrooms were the star. Then we ordered two tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and a Peposo. Side dishes: sautéed spinach and beans. What can I say about these dishes? These were also excellent. Both the owner and the very kind waiters recommended the dishes just mentioned.
