08/10/2025: Today I took my Swiss relatives for a walk in San Niccolò, taking advantage of the beautiful day. We stopped to eat here and had two pizzas and a lasagna. Honestly, as an Italian and Florentine by adoption, I am deeply ashamed when things like this happen. The food is simply awful, the pizzas are below the level of what you find in vending machines. The service could have saved the situation, at least in part, but it was characterized by a total lack of politeness. BY THE WAY, 14 EURO PIZZAS!!!! What can I say? I hope these places that scam tourists disappear sooner or later. Please don't go eat here!

06/10/2025: This place is ridiculous. We went in with my family but after a couple of minutes decided to leave without ordering anything because we saw the bad reviews. As we were leaving, the server lady started screaming at us extremely rudely, saying there's no public toilet there. I guess she thought we only went in for the toilet. We didn't even use the toilet. Unacceptable attitude.

27/09/2025: This place is absolutely forgettable. It's unthinkable to pay €10 for four coffees when the menu lists them at €1.30 each. Cocktails are consistently overpriced for every type (a spritz costs as much as a long drink). In short, there are better places in the same area (Santa Ambrogio) for both quality and price. Absolutely not recommended.

07/07/2025: I found it without knowing it and was just looking for a beer. The friendliness of the waiters made me stay for dinner. Excellent choice. Highly recommended.

07/09/2025: We expressed uncertainty about arriving on time for check-in at 9 PM (the deadline), as we had a black stamp on the street on August 31st. The hotel's only attempt to accommodate us consisted of delaying the payment (expected as an advance payment on the reservation) by a few hours that morning, which was quite pointless. After a heated phone conversation, in which we again mentioned the traffic problem, we arrived only 5 MINUTES late and NO ONE was there! A lack of humanity and courtesy, a mockery, a feigned "help us, accommodate us, and do what they can," when for just 5 MINUTES there was no one to open the door for us. So we didn't use the hotel and we didn't receive a refund, because the money, despite the (obviously pointless) delay of a few hours, had already been deducted! And obviously, we were left without a place to sleep! If you want peace of mind, avoid this establishment. Don't ever arrive at 9:05 PM and be left stranded on the street without a place to stay, even if you paid. Absurd, but true. Terrible.

17/10/2025: An experience not to be repeated, two couples ordered appetizers, first courses and second courses, the owner shows up with an incredible nervousness, almost as if she were mixing the dishes on the table, we ordered a cod, and as soon as it was brought to the table we immediately noticed a strange smell when we tasted it, we realized that it was disgusting,, I kindly warned the owner, she turned towards my friend in an offensive manner, saying that the cod was good,, at which point my friend kindly told her that since it is good for her, we should eat it,, the whole room noticed what happened, when it came to the bill she did not charge us for the cod,, for me she could also close or at least the lady would be better off learning a little education..

11/10/2025: Disgraceful saleswoman. After a woman who was purchasing some items complained, while she was on the phone with the owner to clarify the matter, she continued to rant behind the woman's back, unaware of her comments, whispering them and criticizing her to other customers in my presence. Inappropriate.

12/11/2025: I had lunch with my husband this Sunday and was helped by Sandra and Marian. Two exceptional people, super professional and welcoming. Their smiles made our day. We'll definitely be back.

28/06/2025: Clean and well organized, welcoming, helpful and kind staff (coffee offered to customers!) in the betting area there are many screens from which to follow live sports including football matches. The slot area is also a smoking room with excellent ventilation. Pleasant place of leisure for regulars and occasionals.

18/07/2025: Oh my, the packet of fried potatoes Amsterdam style are ridiculously good! Plenty of them and a good price! You have to eat them sometime!

28/06/2025: Very bad food. She sold us old food and we discovered that when we opened the order. I do not recommend it.

05/10/2025: With recent optinions of the place I was hesitant to go there, but since it's the only place close to the zoo (thats not inside the zoo) I decide to try my luck. And I can happily say I was not disappointed! Food was good, so was the beer. Service was also nice, we got a very tasty spicy home made olive to try with bread. Give it a shot!

28/09/2025: I should have known from the fact that there was only one table at 8:30 pm, but I wanted to try it. The first course was incredibly salty, and also very expensive. It was the worst pizza in Pistoia and the surrounding area, tasteless, with little topping, and barely edible. The price was not commensurate with the poor quality. Returned after about ten years, and it's gotten much worse. In my opinion, it could close.

08/09/2025: I recently had a disappointing experience with the service at Poke JOYLAB. The employee who served me was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked for more sauce, he made me feel like I was asking for something impossible. His lack of flexibility and unwillingness to accommodate customer requests were truly frustrating. Unfortunately, this attitude ruined what would have otherwise been a good experience. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.

30/08/2025: Terrible in every way, food probably cooked days before, and sloppy service. Price too high for the quality of the product. Avoid.

07/09/2025: Burger Guacamole. Well, raw meat kinda ruined whole meal. And ofc nobody aksed me how it should be fried. Fries were to salty. Waiter offered us a sauce for the fries but 20 mins later we just ate them without it :)
