12/10/2025: I went to Cup Cup Chicken in Florence with a friend to try their FAMOUS corn dogs. My expectations were high, but they all vanished when I tasted them. The first bite was fine, because there was mozzarella, but after that, it was a complete disaster. Chicken sausage with corn and unwanted sauces added. I don't think such a chic place would dare sell these products. We couldn't finish it (I've been vegetarian ever since).

06/10/2025: Cup Cup's Chicken – Prato 🍗🔥 The food is good, the fried chicken is perfectly crispy, and the sauces are super tasty 🍯🌶️—some with hilarious translations, like the legendary "smell of a repaired pond" sauce, which alone makes you smile 😄. Generous portions. It's a shame about the location, which is very shabby and doesn't live up to the quality of the food—it wouldn't take much to make it truly welcoming 💬✨. A place that deserves it, with so much potential and a touch of madness that makes it unique 🌟. Correction: a place that deserves it... it's a shame to see how, overall, everything seems left to itself.

22/09/2025: Paid for an espresso but was told I couldn’t sit down with it… had to stand to drink my espresso when all but one table was taken. Bizarre!

16/09/2025: Terrible!! They forbade us from playing a game of UNO while we were drinking our coffees.

13/09/2025: Excellent food, unique flavors, moderate prices. Welcoming staff, excellent service. Quick service, relaxed atmosphere. The house wine was very good, and the first course with wild boar ragù was delicious. The wild boar was homemade. And all this with a beautiful view of the square. Highly recommended.

21/11/2025: The bread is hard and not great, but the intestines are soft and delicious. It would be good to just order the boiled pork. 25 euros. The intestine burger is 8 euros.

04/10/2025: I couldn't eat the tripe burger at the market because it was late, but when I tried it here for the first time, it had no gamey smell and was so delicious!

11/06/2025: Scrivo una recensione negativa perche sono rimasta molto infastidita dal comportamento del signore alla cassa. Eravamo in tre e volevamo pagare ognuno una cifra diversa ( avevamo da noi fatto il conto, chi offriva da bere , ecc..) ma il signore aveva già deciso che il conto era da pagare in parti uguali. Ho mostrato il mio disappunto ma ha fatto orecchie da mercante e ci ha passato il pos per la cifra da lui stabilita, non ho voluto fare discussioni tanto non voleva ‘sentire’ Per il resto ..ambiente e cibo piu che sufficienti.

07/05/2025: Bel posto, pulito, e ben organizzato. Ho cenato soltanto con la pizza, quindi mi limito a dare solo un breve giudizio.. ottima.. e servita in tempi molto rapidi, dato che era sabato ed era pieno.. Prezzi in linea..

06/09/2025: I'd heard good things about them, but as soon as I arrived, since it's an industrial area, I said... Whoa!! I was wrong. The food was excellent, the service impeccable, and the place is very clean and charming. The chef has golden hands, and the owner is incredibly friendly!!! I highly recommend it.

16/11/2025: We went today, despite it being a Sunday in very low season. The fish was incredibly fresh, the fried fish was a work of art. The owners were very kind. The atmosphere was meticulously cared for down to the smallest details.

20/10/2025: I don't have any photos to post but I can assure you that the food was excellent, the portions were just right, the owners were friendly and very kind and the price was also right. The place was beautiful and I will be back.

15/09/2025: We were there on vacation last week. The location and ambiance are very nice. However, the service leaves something to be desired. We reserved a table for 7 p.m. at lunchtime. When we arrived shortly beforehand, we were informed that the kitchen didn't open until 7:30 p.m. We had an aperitif until we were seated. The food was okay. Not bad, but nothing special either. The portion sizes are rather small, which makes the price relatively expensive. Things got really strange when it came to paying. Although there were two card readers on the counter, they apparently had no internet and only cash payments were accepted. We didn't receive a receipt because it was just written down by hand on a piece of paper. The payment process was very questionable.

31/08/2025: We went for lunch on a weekday. The location was very nice, close to the sea and charming. The food was good and high-quality, but the prices were too high for the quantity offered. The service was perfect; the girl who served us was good and even friendly. The bill, as mentioned, was too high for what was offered.

15/08/2025: Disgusting place, owner takes advantage of tourist customers. I absolutely recommend avoiding it, both for the prices and the quality. I'm the owner of the €24 on August 15th, the only customer, treated badly. I hope the place goes bankrupt and closes down.

08/07/2025: The croissants for breakfast are delicious, and the pizza bianca with excellent Tuscan ham is fantastic! You can also enjoy a sit-down lunch with simple, fresh dishes made on the spot. The service is friendly and prompt. The nearby hotel was right to recommend this place to me. 😃

23/08/2025: We stopped for dinner. The place had very elegantly set tables, but they told us it wasn't a restaurant. They practically kicked us out.

21/07/2025: Bad review! Very bad service attitude! We clearly told the waiter not to remove the dish, and repeatedly emphasized it three times, but he didn't listen at all and took the dish away directly! The reason was "I didn't like the dish"? What kind of service attitude is this? It's outrageous! What's more serious is that several people had stomachaches after eating their dishes. This is not an isolated case. I suspect that there are problems with the ingredients or hygiene. Whether it is service or food safety, this restaurant is very disappointing. I will never come again, and I don't recommend anyone to step on the thunder!

08/11/2025: food was very mid, nothing special. Coffee was good. We might have been unlucky but service was slooooow and it seemed like nobody could give us the check so we could leave.

06/11/2025: The place is splendid; Piazza Duomo is unparalleled. I gladly accept the €5 for an Americano. Too bad I get an empty cup with a separate pot full of liquid that presumably is coffee that's been used at least twice. I explain to the kind waiter that Americano isn't made like this and I'd like a coffee in a large cup with water on the side. They bring me a large cup, better coffee than before, but not what I asked for. They manage it on the third try. We're not there yet.
