12/09/2025: Has the potential to be amazing - but.... Sadly let down by the arrogant man in charge of restaurant. Arrived after a long drive, checked in to accomodation and headed to restaurant for dinner. Despite there being at least 10 empty tables was rudely told I couldn't have a table as I hadn't booked. When I explained I had just arrived he said that's not his problem, and directed me towards the takeaway. I did book a table for the following night but only out of necessity as I had to collect someone from the airport the next night. Food from both the takeaway and restaurant truly excellent however the owners really need to look at this review and deal with the man they have chosen to run it. Night after night we witnessed the same story, lots of empty tables, waiting staff stood about with nothing to do, potential customers rudely turned away because they hadn't booked. The point of staying on a holiday park is the freedom of doing what you want, when you want, and that doesn't include having to have dinner at the time dictated by one rude head waiter. But also consider this - the one night we ate in the restaurant the bill was about 150 euros, which of course included drinks, starters, mains, desserts, digestifs etc, for 6 of us good value. However from the takeaway, which the food comes out the same kitchen, the most we spent was about 70 euros, so this guy is meanimg far less sales as well. I have stayed on about 25 holiday parks across Europe - this is the only one with mandatory reservations, and one of the reasons I would not return to this park. If I have got this wrong and mandatory reservations are the owners policy, you should learn from many of the excellent campsite restaurants around Lake Garda that serve much larger campsites well without such rules.

30/08/2025: Excellent food, punctual and attentive service, very fast despite the busy period, and Alberto, unique and inimitable, the soul of the dining room! Guido promptly found a solution despite a reservation issue caused by the campsite… 🔝 Five-star full board!

25/05/2025: Ottima colazione alla Pasticceria Venere, proprio sul lungomare di Marina di Massa. Iniziare la giornata con la sfoglia riso artigianale, calda e fragrante, è davvero un piacere. La vista sul mare fa il resto. Servizio cordiale, ambiente pulito e curato. Un posto perfetto per iniziare al meglio la giornata.

09/05/2025: Come sempre altissima qualità! Servizio impeccabile! Gentilezza e professionalità!!! I piatti … quadri alla vista e squisiti al gusto!!! E no tralasciamo il vino … buonissimo ed i dolci un capolavoro!

12/10/2025: This was a real shame- we were hungry, had money and happy to try anything and everything. Unfortunately, the service was shocking the woman behind the counter was extremely rude for no reason. If you dont want English-speaking customers please just say and they won't bother. It had great potential for an authentic meal and experience otherwise.

13/09/2025: It's no longer the deli it once was, 11 euros for a miserable piece of lasagna and a very unpleasant girl working there.

30/10/2025: The food (pizza and pizza by the slice) were better some time ago, but the worst thing was the owner, who was very rude when answering questions.

15/10/2025: We had pizza. It was absolutely delicious! Highly recommended. The service was a bit lackluster, but it was okay. We would go back anytime.

14/08/2025: I booked through the app, they gave me availability, they also sent me an email the day of the reservation to remind me that I had a table reserved for that evening and then they were closed for holidays... CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Ps: last but not least they also asked me for my opinion and thanked me for staying with them (???) and hoped, jokes, that the experience was unforgettable. Yes, it was... Unforgettable...

31/08/2025: Decent place, no wait for a table, as only four were occupied. Now, let's talk about the menu: the house wine was poor quality, the potatoes could have been fried for a few more minutes, and they were still raw inside; after five minutes, they were already cold. The "pizzas"... I fear they were pre-made, as they have clear industrial marks and no crust, similar to piadinas. The menu specifies "Fior di latte," but in reality, it tasted like melted cheese. The glasses smelled like wet dog, completely dissatisfied.

17/08/2025: A welcoming and pleasant place, with an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The food is exquisite, well-prepared, and tasty, and the staff is truly special: friendly, attentive, and always smiling. A truly positive experience!

02/06/2025: Un disastro , tempi ingiustificatamente eterni per mangiare in maniera mediocre ad un prezzo alto. La giustificazione dei piatti espressi non è credibile viste le pietanze del tutto basiche

14/05/2025: Eravamo in gruppo. Oltre a riceverci in modo molto carino il ristorante ci ha preparato un pranzo di pesce semplice ma molto gustoso Servizio ottimo Location molto bella sulla piazza fuori dalle mura con una fontana di De Phalle affascinante

14/04/2025: Boiled pizza floating in tomato sauce. If you want a good, crispy pizza cooked to perfection, you're in the wrong place. Raw pizza and tons of liquid tomato sauce. Something I've never seen before. In my opinion, no.

23/08/2025: We were here on the night Paolo Sax was playing, and it was a fantastic accompaniment to dinner. The portions aren't huge, but that's okay, because if you pair them with a side dish and dessert, you'll leave feeling just the right amount full. The food was very good, the waiters were friendly and helpful, and the location was top-notch. Congratulations!

23/10/2025: Last dinner was not satisfactory, portions were small and therefore the price was higher... For four people, 120 euros for a dish, a side dish and two desserts plus 1 house wine and water

22/10/2025: We visited this restaurant out of nostalgia, twenty years later, when it was still located in the village of Scorgiano. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The food was mediocre: the pasta was completely bland, and the main course had undercooked meat and poor-quality cheese that further ruined the flavor. Overall, a truly disappointing dining experience. The atmosphere didn't help: the staff was rude, unsmiling, and completely uninterested in the customers. It seemed more like they were sorting out family matters among themselves rather than caring for the guests, creating a very unpleasant atmosphere. After so many years, we expected to rediscover some of the old magic, but unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed.

27/08/2025: A rather basic restaurant in the Impruneta community center (but I believe it's independently run). Everything was fine; the coccoli appetizers were delicious, and the pizza was decent. Friendly service.

24/08/2025: Nothing special, small portions, little cacio e pepe that tasted like supermarket oil, Tuscan starter with just 3 slices of ham, salami and a crostini €14!

09/06/2025: Ubicación céntrica, buena comida y servicio era bueno. ¡Grita a Momo! La gente se queja del precio - no pares si no puedes pagarlo. Quejas sobre el servicio - camareros responden típicamente a su tono - tuvimos una gran noche. La comida era excelente - sin duda volveré. Al Mangia - sería bueno hacer retroceder algunas de las revisiones. Tripadvisor - sería bueno encontrar una manera de separar las opiniones sobre la experiencia general de las quejas solo sobre precios.

16/05/2025: Tenía la pasta de mariscos que estaba delicioso. Fue divertido sentarse y ver a la gente en el Campo, pero obviamente hay una prima por comer en un lugar tan turístico.

02/09/2025: If I could give a zero, I would. Last week. I was craving food, I was out walking, and I hadn't been to Michele's in years: I said to myself, let's go. I wish I'd never done it. 3 euros for a small square of microbial pizza. Let's remember that, given the average price of pizza in Lido and the size of the square, it would mean paying between 30 and 40 euros for a standard whole pizza. But let's talk about pizza. The worst motorway service station makes them better. Microbial little pieces of rubbery dough. The mozzarella on top looks like the kind used on cheap frozen pizzas. Dry and barely topped. I wanted to throw it away. Then, remembering I'd overpaid for it, I forced myself to finish it. I'll never go there again, not even under torture. Calling this shapeless substance "pizza" would be like calling vomit a rich selection of appetizers from Michelin-starred chefs.

19/09/2025: The hotel in Portoferraio is a bit difficult to reach because the dirt road leading to the beach is terrible, but you're rewarded by the breathtaking view you find upon arrival: a hotel overlooking the sea. I didn't stay overnight, but I accompanied a friend. The very kind lady, however, allowed us to take a walk around the area to enjoy the view the hotel offers. It's amazing. Breakfast is served right in front of this natural spectacle. I had the opportunity to take a peek at the rooms, which lack nothing and offer a wonderful sunset.

03/09/2025: Unfortunately, it's no longer as it was in the photos shown on the portal or booking sites. The place would be beautiful, but a bit shabby. Poor maintenance of the grounds And the rooms. The breakfast, however, is phenomenal. Abundant and delicious. For a similar vacation, camping.

07/09/2025: Very nice place that deserves to be known for its cuisine and the kindness of the waitress who made the effort to speak French. Everything is perfect. A fantastic €25 menu. Too bad to be so far away....
