10/05/2025: Siamo una coppia pugliese in visita e siamo stati benissimo in questo ristorante! Abbiamo mangiato un tagliere davvero fantastico, ricco, gustoso e curato nei minimi dettagli. Ma il vero valore aggiunto della serata è stato Antonio, il cameriere che ci ha accolti con grande professionalità e simpatia. Preparatissimo, attento, ci ha consigliato con cura anche il vino, facendo praticamente da sommelier, ed è stato super disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di scambiare qualche chiacchiera con lui: persona davvero squisita. Esperienza più che positiva, torneremo sicuramente quando ritorneremo a Firenze!

05/05/2025: Tornati qui con la solita banda dopo più di due anni per una trasferta calcistica (spoiler: non eravamo lì solo per la partita…). Tutto identico: cibo spaziale, atmosfera da osteria vera, personale gentilissimo e super veloce. Abbiamo assaggiato di tutto a base di pesce, tutto top! Unico difetto? Abito troppo lontano… altrimenti mi facevo fare la tessera fedeltà! Bravi! Continuate così!

13/05/2025: Molti ne dicevano male. Mia figlia invece c’è stata a cena più di una volta. Abbiamo esperienza di posti così, dove si pranza a menù pressoché fisso a prezzi stracciati per pranzi di lavoro. Oggi il locale era pieno, operai pensionati giovani coppie e famiglie. Locale caratteristico all’interno della cittadella dove ogni anno i viareggini allestiscono i loro carri carnevaleschi. 58€ in tre per mangiare due piatti di tortelli al ragù, un enorme fritto misto di pesce (bello asciutto e saporito con patatine), panzerottini fritti, pane, acqua, dessert Versilia per due e tiramisù, con tre caffè finali. Il vino era compreso ma non lo abbiamo voluto. Rapidi gentili indaffarati (era stracolmo il locale), piatti caldissimi fatti al momento a regola d’arte anche se senza grosse pretese. Ci teniamo a scrivere questo perché molti commenti sono pesantemente negativi. Ci parevi giusto dire la nostra opinione!!! Per quel prezzo….

20/04/2025: Non è la classica osteria da turisti nel centro storico bensì una locanda tipica e molto calorosa! Portate buonissime e abbondanti, dagli antipasti, ai primi (anche per bambini) e secondi eccezionali. Vino rosso della casa garanzia toscana, prezzi onesti e gli interni del locale una meraviglia vera e propria. Personale gentilissimo. Assolutamente da consigliare!

13/04/2025: Di solito non scrivo mai recensioni negative. Preferisco non commentare, ma questa volta e’ davvero impossibile! Sono venuto qui per mangiare carne alla brace. Posto molto carino. Ordino fegatini: sembrava vomito di gatto! Una poltiglia schifosa liquida! Un’insulto alla cucina tiscana. Lo faccio presente alla cameriera che sorride e se ne va. Ordiniamo una bistecca fiorentina; mi dicono essere 1,3k ma era al max 700 grammi. Una bottiglia di vino da 11 euro. Pago 139 euro! Un furto! Cibo di basso livello a prezzi stratosferici! Vergonatevi!!!

15/07/2025: We couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate our daughter's baptism. The staff were incredibly kind, the service impeccable, and the food was plentiful and high-quality (our guests were extremely satisfied, including those with celiac disease, who were truly pampered). The place was simply enchanting. Desi was a true hostess, always available to accommodate every request. Highly recommended!!!

26/08/2025: Avoid... I ordered the paccheri with octopus: 6 paccheri... Non-existent octopus... Only tomato sauce....poor quality....and the most horrendous thing: CHARGING 17 EUROS FOR THIS DISH....a rip-off!!!! I ANSWER THE RESTAURATEUR: 1) THEY WERE NOT 11 PACCHERI, BUT 6 AND WITHOUT A TRACE OF OCTOPUS..... 2) WE DIDN'T JUST GET ONE FIRST COURSE, BUT TWO (THE SECOND COURSE WAS AGNOLOTTI WITH RAGÙ) PLUS A MIXED FRIED FOOD. 3) WE TOLD THE WAITRESS ABOUT IT...SAYING SHE WOULD REPORT IT TO THE MANAGER... AND AFTER EATING THE MAIN COURSE, SHE KINDLY ASKED US IF WE WERE AT LEAST TO SATISFACTION...BUT NO ONE CAME TO APOLOGIZE. 4) AT THE CHECKOUT WE WERE NOT TOLD ANYTHING AT ALL. SINCE WE'RE NOT LOOKING FOR CHARITY FROM ANYONE...REST AS SURE AS WE WILL NEVER EAT ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN...AND WE WON'T EVEN RECOMMEND YOUR RESTAURANT TO FRIENDS AND ACQUAINTANCES SINCE WE'RE OFTEN IN THE AREA. ALSO BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT EVEN HONEST.

19/08/2025: We visited this restaurant with an adjoining beach, and the overall experience was very positive. The restaurant offers truly tasty and well-prepared dishes: the food is very good, and the quality of the ingredients is evident. The only downside was the wait: the dishes were quite long, so it's best to take your time. The beach is slightly elevated above sea level, making it very breezy—a welcome relief on hot days. We rented a gazebo with three loungers, a chair, and a stool at a very competitive price compared to other establishments in the area. The spaces are well-managed and the atmosphere is relaxed. In summary: excellent food, a pleasant location, and fair prices, although the service could use a little more patience. We'd love to return!

08/08/2025: We stumbled upon this trattoria by chance; inspired by the positive reviews, we had dinner there. The place is very simple, and the food is truly excellent and plentiful. I recommend the trofie with courgettes and lard for a first course, which is delicious. Friendly service.
