Very simple pizzeria. You go, set up, and order yourself. But the pan pizza is world-class, and the farinata, or cecina, or calda-calda, or whatever you call it, is the absolute best. A masterpiece. If you pass by, stop by. Period.

One of the best pan pizzas I've ever eaten... The focaccia and the "calda calda" (farinata or cecina for those coming from out of town) are also really good.

01/05/2026: Always crowded, so if you're not in a hurry, it's recommended. The service isn't the best, and the wait is quite long. The first courses aren't bad, and the focaccias are too.
