10/08/2025: If you're passing through Pistoia, Osteria Boccon di Vino is a must-see. The restaurant may not be the most elegant in the city, but the food is incredible. The portions are generous, but without sacrificing quality. You can taste the fresh fish from the first bite, not to mention the pasta! We'll be back again this evening.

18/08/2025: Coming back to BIMBOLI every year for many years is a ritual, a photo taken thirty years ago that hasn't changed, just like the courtesy of the new generations of the owners' children and grandchildren. A team of young waiters manages to serve you with courtesy and speed, even when a sudden downpour forces you into the unchanged dining room instead of the cool chestnut grove. The thin, crispy pizza is loved by my entire family, as are the pici or tagliatelle. Don't listen to anyone who tells you to change; your strength lies in the authenticity of tradition.

22/07/2025: I stopped for breakfast. The jam croissant was burnt and I could tell it was frozen. I waited for the barista to look at me before ordering my coffee, but that never happened. I basically left without drinking it. Let's forget it, it's obvious there's no passion!

27/07/2025: A very pleasant experience. The owners and waiters are very kind. The food is good and high-quality. We had a crostone and two pizzas. The service was quick. The atmosphere is nice and friendly, and the beer selection is extensive. In conclusion, highly recommended for quality pizza and more! 💪🏼😉

17/07/2025: Siamo stati a cena qualche sera fa, abbiamo preso un primo di pesce sia io che mio marito. Ci è stato servito su un bel piatto decorato di plastica dura e soprattutto la porzione di mio marito era il doppio della mia...assolutamente insapore, le vongole le dovevi Carcare con l'aiuta...3 in tutto il piatto!! Per quanto è come abbiamo mangiato CARISSIMI...a mai più!! Se passate da lì il consiglio è di passare oltre...
