30/06/2025: Pizzeria that works mainly by the slice and takeaway but they also do table service. We took a real pizza and a thin one....there was practically no difference except for a small, not very pronounced edge. The pizza is crispy, almost hard when cut but still tasty. We waited too long for two pizzas. Excellent prices.

29/06/2025: We speak almost no Italian. They speak almost no English. They worked so hard to help us, and didn’t get frustrated with our limited vocabulary. It’s a big plus that the food was excellent!

07/09/2025: An ideal place for a vacation in the green heart of upper Umbria, a good starting point for destinations like Lake Trasimeno, Tuoro, Passignano, Castiglione, and a quick trip to Tuscany. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Excellent pool and restaurant. All this is enhanced by the helpful and friendly owners. We'll definitely be back!

16/07/2025: A beautiful place in the middle of a pine forest, it offers a private beach. If there are four of you, like us, they force you to take two umbrellas with two loungers each, the cost for the second row is €40 + €40, which is normal considering the prices in Castiglione della Pescaia. Unfortunately, to get to the sea you have to cross the public beach in front, which is dirty and the water is full of dead algae, as you can see from the photos. Given that you spend €40 a day for the beach, they could go to the trouble of at least cleaning the access to the sea for their guests, in my opinion. The food is nothing special. The place offers self-service dining (small and undersized for the structure), where as soon as more than six customers arrive, they are overwhelmed with the food availability and therefore have to wait. Considering that the structure is very large, it is not clear why they made it so small. Another option for lunch is the restaurant, where I didn't eat, but I saw from the menu that the dishes available were more or less the same as the self-service option, only they cost more, probably due to table service. For example, fried seafood at the self-service restaurant cost 14 euros, compared to 18 euros at the restaurant. You can take long walks on the beach and find cleaner water and other beach clubs. But nothing quite like Casetta Civinini.

21/08/2025: I've never had such a bad experience in a restaurant of this caliber, with the owner feeding his dog from the table. I find it humiliating for me, sitting at the table next to him, and I almost felt like vomiting. I told the waiter, and he told the owner, and the only answer he could give me was that he's already fed his dog from the table in starred restaurants. I seriously doubt this is true. I felt extremely humiliated and will never return. This was my second visit. In fact, the place was 70% empty. Who knows why?

03/08/2025: Very expensive, tiny portions. I ordered guinea fowl and only got one tiny guinea fowl leg. After half an hour of sitting down, I had to ask for bread, which is usually brought right away as soon as you sit down—four slices of dry bread! We got up feeling hungry...

27/08/2025: The classic place for an aperitif or after dinner drink, the service is a bit cold, they give you the table and throw a QR code on the table and good night even when they came to bring drinks the way they asked you to make the payment immediately was not the nicest, being in the profession it seems a bit strange to me for a place on Marina di Pietrasanta

30/07/2025: Very good food, fast food, of course, but enjoyed after a week of eating pasta. :) We were a family of four who stumbled upon this place by chance after a long day, and we all left happy because we finally had something to eat at a reasonable price. The service was very friendly and smiling, and it was clean. We highly recommend it!
