We were here this evening (it's Easter). We really appreciated the location and the attention to detail, starting with the thoughtfulness of bringing a bowl of water for our dog. The entire dinner was sublime, and a special mention goes to the beef tartare, which, in addition to its flavor, had a "WOW" look. The desserts were also wonderful. Excellent value. I would have liked to take more photos, but we preferred to just enjoy a perfect evening together. The staff were very kind and super professional, we'll definitely be back!

Simply fantastic. Clean and well-decorated, the wine is definitely the star: it's elegantly and curiously displayed in various corners of the place. The staff is very friendly and, above all, young and well-trained. Communication between them is excellent, and it shows in the care they take in the service. The ribollita is fantastic, as is the cockerel terrine. The prices are proportionate to the quality of the food and service. We booked with The Fork and paid with Fork Pay. Congratulations, guys!

We happened to pass by here on our way from Volterra. The dining room was full, but we were given a table in the entrance area. Our dog was also welcome and immediately received a glass of water, and we were offered a glass of Prosecco. The service was incredibly friendly and the staff spoke both English and German. The pasta was delicious, and the red wine was also very good. All in all, a very positive experience, and we will definitely come back. A post-meal stroll through Colle Val d’Elsa is also highly recommended.

Truly excellent, I have to say the overall experience deserves an A+. Since I have serious allergies, the staff was very careful to explain everything about the dishes and ingredients (and I must say, that doesn't happen in many restaurants, so that alone is a plus). The dishes were excellent, well-prepared, and flavorful. The only downside was the pecorino flan; I would have preferred it to be a bit more palatable, despite it being covered by the quince sauce, but that was good too. My partner and I ordered an appetizer, two first courses, a second course, two desserts, a coffee, two glasses of wine, and water. The price, in my opinion, was very fair, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and their location in the area. The glass I ordered was a local wine, and I was very happy with it.
