Good evening, I came this evening, May 22, 2026, for dinner for the first time, and we had a great time. The place was very nice and well-kept, but above all, the food was excellent. It's a shame we can't give more than five stars. I'd also like to make a point about the staff, who, in addition to being very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, are also beautiful like an Armani catalog. 26/03/2026: La Taverna di Bibbiano is one of those places that seems to have been lifted straight from a postcard in the Sienese countryside, yet it has a touch of authenticity that's often missing from overly touristy establishments. Located between Colle di Val d'Elsa and San Gimignano, with a view of the vineyards that's worth the trip alone, the Taverna's cuisine embraces a revisited take on rural tradition. As you can see from the photos, I ordered a plate of ricotta and spinach-filled ravioli wrapped in a delicate pumpkin cream, a perfect pairing that creates an incredibly balanced contrast between sweet and savory. For my second course, a perfectly golden and crispy chicken roulade, sliced ​​to reveal the rich filling inside. The juicy chicken, flavorful sausage, and strips of candied orange peel, which add a touch of color and a citrusy aroma, are clearly visible. The dish is served on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes and garnished with crunchy pistachio crumbs, creating a truly fabulous combination for the palate.
