19/05/2025: Ambiente raffinato pur senza fronzoli. Ottima cucina con piatti curati e prodotti provenienti dalla loro azienda agricola. Servizio attento e discreto. Ottima carta dei vini serviti anche al bicchiere per cambiare secondo il piatto. Dalla vetrata o dal portico si gode di un panorama molto bello ma alla sera, al tramonto sul mare è stupendo. Al momento del conto(forse perché avevamo comprato dell'olio) ci hanno regalato un profumatore alla lavanda, una gradita gentilezza in più.

The pizza is thin, light, and made with the highest-quality ingredients: you can see and taste it from the first bite. The desserts are also excellent, carefully crafted and delicious. Special mention for the friendliness, helpfulness, professionalism, and sincerity of his advice to our shuttle bus driver, Raji, to whom we send a big hug. The island is a little gem to experience. 05/08/2025: Excellent shuttle service, excellent Ragi always kind and helpful, the rest leaves much to be desired: rooms too small, the bed practically attached to the wall, dirty walls with rust/mold, a paint job would be enough, bathroom with broken shower door, linens anything but white had several dirt stains from previous guests, the room had a door that led onto a shared terrace having the emergency door that they continually opened for other guests to hang out their washing, moving our personal items among other things and with 0 privacy, all this at €210 a night seems excessive to me for what is offered, honestly I expected much better or at least not this neglect and this disgrace.

30/06/2025: Great place for a quick lunch or dinner.. the fact that you can create your own sandwich gives that extra push...good quality ingredients and very kind staff...I recommend it.

28/04/2025: L'esperienza mia e della mia amica alla Trattoria Sant'Omobono è stata a dir poco superlativa. Siamo stati trattati benissimo dal cameriere Nicolò che si è preso cura di noi durante tutta la serata. Il cibo era squisito e la vista sulla cucina da una finestrella era qualcosa di poetico e caratteristico. È stato un piacere per gli occhi vedere i nostri piatti preparati con così tanto amore. Il posto non sarà molto capiente ma mangiare in un ambiente così intimo è solo che positivo a mio parere. Da provare assolutamente se si visita Pisa. Grazie ancora a chi ci lavora, in particolare a Nicolò🫶🏻 Ps cucina ovviamente tradizionale

18/04/2025: Este restaurante aparece en varias listas de 'los mejores restaurantes de Pisa', pero es difícil ver por qué. Es tradicional pero también muy básico. Esto no quiere decir que sea malo, pero si usted está buscando algo más que una comida barata, 'satisfactoria', yo buscaría en otro lugar. No hay carta de vinos, hay un menú corto para la comida, y la comida en sí está "bien", pero nada especial. El precio sin embargo es muy bueno, así que si usted está buscando una cena asequible, este es el lugar!

24/03/2025: This aperitif dinner was a far cry from the good memories I had of this place. It's gotten much worse. The place is still very clean, but the service is a bit arrogant and indifferent. The pasta dish included in the aperitif dinner is SCANDALOUS!!!! I'll think VERY carefully before going back...
