To finish, we had fantastic desserts...we especially had the vin santo cream and the rice pastry...truly explosions of flavor!!!! There are no photos of the desserts because we were immediately captivated by the tasting and just enjoyed them!!! A charming inn located in a typical ancient Tuscan village that immediately inspires relaxation and tranquility...you can truly unwind from the chaos and stress of everyday life. Congratulations!!!! 20/08/2025: After a stop at the Bagni di San Filippo with my family (there were four of us), we relied partly on chance and partly on reviews and chose Parallelo for lunch. The atmosphere was simple, the service attentive and friendly. Everything was truly delicious! The onion corton was amazing: we asked for seconds.

19/08/2025: A restaurant nestled in the Tuscan hills, surrounded by peace and tranquility. Excellent food, typical Tuscan dishes; the crostoni, tripe, and their delicious desserts are highly recommended. The staff were extremely kind and helpful; we felt at home throughout the entire meal.

29/07/2025: Nice place! I come here often when I'm in Pisa. The focaccia is very good. The lady at the counter and the person I think is her mother are quite rude... especially the lady at the counter.

25/07/2025: If I can give you one piece of advice, don't make the same mistake I did and trust the Adelaide travel blog, which recommended it as one of the best restaurants in Florence. I went there on the first night of my stay. All I can tell you is that we ordered tagliatelle with zucchini and shrimp: a dish that was too salty with four shrimp dueling. I ordered spaghetti with cheese, nothing more basic, the pasta wasn't al dente, but raw. I sent the dish back to the kitchen, asked for an extra truffle as a gesture of goodwill, which I was charged for (the dish went from 19 euros to 33 euros). The worst part is that they brought us two appetizers before the meal, which we were charged 3.50 euros for, even though we hadn't asked for anything! Let's not even mention the stale bread and 7-euro Coke. I didn't know we were on the Champs-Élysées! Avoid this, it's the last restaurant I recommend in Florence!

09/09/2025: Within a couple of kilometers, there are tons of restaurants offering fried food, seafood grills, and more. There, forget it. If you want quality fish cooked to perfection, go here. The mixed grill is double the price, not to mention that they also offer grilled octopus, salmon fillet, tuna fillet (man...what a treat!!), scampi, prawns, squid, and more... my girlfriend had the octopus with roast potatoes... it was wonderful. The only drawback... don't follow the GPS, because it will send you to the campsite next door, which, besides getting you lost, will make you nervous. Instead, enter PORTO DI CECINA; you'll find it at the end of the road.
