The cash registers need to be better organized. Table service is okay.
Cleanliness is poor, with not enough staff to do it.
The atmosphere is modern, nice, and tastefully done. I like it.

Typical mcdonalds - dirty, loud and packed. Food is ok, same as everywhere else. The toilets was in a bad shape, otherwise the place look quite new. The orders numbers worked random, they don't really show all the number on the screen so you have to listen for you number (of course in italian only :D).

Excellent restaurant, excellent service, and customer-focused staff, especially the employee named Alessandro, who last time made a point of detailing how he'd separated and lovingly wrapped the macaroons. I hope to see him again soon and have a chance to speak to him. 🤭👩🏻🦰

We had a truly positive experience!
On Thursday, we showed up for lunch with a group of sixth-grade students, a total of 36 people. We'd already been given a room at a specific time, according to prior telephone arrangements, and everything was perfectly respected.
The staff was impeccable: from the cashier, to the manager, to the person who served us with great organization. Everyone was professional, competent, and at the same time friendly and welcoming, despite the busy time, partly due to the arrival of cruise ships at the port.
Kudos to all the staff: well done, guys, keep it up!

It's not a very nice place, it's quite old, the walls are strange and it had a strange smell.
The food came quickly but when we asked them to give us nuggets with chili, they gave us half of them with chili, half they took out and put new ones in and half they didn't. The service doesn't speak English so I recommend having a translator with you
