We enjoyed visiting this McDonalds here. This is the first McDonalds where they sell beer. Meals and service were great.

We didn't eat here. Just wanted to see the different things in McDonald's palermo has to offer which was different from the United States. However, its in a very clean and safe, nice location in palermo.

21/06/2026: I go often for both lunch and dinner and can say that the food is good and the service is very fast. Kudos to the staff and the two waiters who are always helpful and attentive to customers. Kudos to the owner, who is always kind and smiling.
