12/08/2025: A sweet and surprising discovery! I entered this gelateria intending to simply have gelato, but I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available, including a delicious crepe that caught my eye! The crepe was warm, soft, and incredibly delicious, with a cinnamon and Smurf flavor that made my mouth water. The presentation was exquisite, and the service was friendly and efficient. The staff was very friendly and helped me choose the perfect filling for my crepe. The place was clean and tidy, with a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. In short, I was really satisfied with my experience at this gelateria and highly recommend trying their crepes! I'll definitely be back again to try other delicacies. 05/07/2025: I have known this ice cream shop since I was a child...it has been there for a lifetime with a different commercial name now. I still remember when they made pipes filled with ice cream of various colors that I was crazy about. I remember that it was an institution in the area. Unfortunately, it has changed a lot over time. I don't find it expensive at all compared to other ice cream shops but the quality of the product has certainly suffered over the years. I also noticed (as per other reviews read) a bit of superficiality in the management of cleaning, especially in the spaces in front of the bar occupied by tables. Here...it would be a good idea to pay more attention to both the cleaning of chairs and tables, and that of the flooring....(given that it should be the customers' responsibility to maintain order and decorum even in a public place...but this is a separate discussion unfortunately....). I think we can work on the quality of the ice cream....

11/01/2026: Dinner for two. Cozy place and lovely fireplace. However, the menu items are missing. I ask for a first course from the menu and am told it can't be prepared due to staff shortages. I opt for a second course (grilled meat), and the "minimal" grilled food arrives, perhaps for children. Too bad. The table near the fireplace was very pleasant. But we had come to eat, not to warm up!

05/01/2026: First time at this place and also the last... The fixed menu was awful, to say the least. A relative of mine didn't eat dairy because he was intolerant. The sfincione had cheese on it, and the waiter assured me it wasn't there when you could clearly see it on top and the smell also said otherwise. The food was poor: the meat was full of fat, the potatoes were dry and not fresh, and the portions were small. I don't want to mention the hygiene in the bathrooms, which in a place must always be impeccable. Dirty bathrooms, dirty tiles, unqualified staff, and, most seriously, I don't know if it was the owner... he smoked inside even though there were small children. The only exceptional thing, but not thanks to them, is the spectacular view, which a place worthy of its view deserves.

31/12/2025: Drawn in, I think like 99% of people, by the viral marketing on social media, I tried it too. I liked the starters, from the fries to the meatballs, as well as the nuggets, including veggies, which were good and not processed. Unfortunately, the disappointment was the bun... dry and flavorless meat, completely overwhelmed by the generous sauces. The veggie patty, however, was a pleasant surprise; I swear it tastes like real meat. Overall, Ciccio's isn't bad, but there are plenty of other burger joints in Palermo that offer much, much better burgers for the same price, both in terms of meat quality and toppings (cheddar, bacon, etc.). I don't think I'll try it again, especially considering that the burger wasn't exactly easy to digest...
