21/09/2025: Touristy. The only draw is that you don't pay for the Duomo parking fee with your bill. The wait is incredibly long, although with a few improvements, the food isn't bad.

29/07/2025: The food was very delicious, we went twice on our trip of 1 week. Additionally, the view was very lovely and the little open roof section gave the whole place a very cozy vibe. The only slight downside was that some of the waiters weren't very proficient in English, but that is to be expected when dining far out of the city center

12/08/2025: I had a mulberry granita... terrible... it gave me the impression that it was made with a syrup... extremely sweet and without the seeds typical of mulberries and without any mulberry pulp... also extremely expensive (4 euros) compared to other bars nearby and others.

19/05/2025: We ordered 3 chianina burgers and we got 3 burgers with chicken... we called several times to have it replaced but they didn't answer more than 10 call attempts... really unprofessional and arrogant... never again! Among other things, one of them is also allergic to chicken so he couldn't even eat it

17/07/2025: We went specifically to eat gluten-free food, having traveled almost all the way across the city in the heat. I'd read excellent reviews, so I booked on a weekday. The wait was incredibly long! There were three of us, and we waited over an hour for three sandwiches! The waitress even apologized, but the management of the kitchen staff (there were four of them) wasn't up to par with the orders we received (they also do takeout, and it was chaotic). We also wanted to try the spleen sandwich, but it wasn't available. Oh well... let's move on. We ate our three sandwiches and left. The quality of the food was quite good, but the long and unacceptable wait, despite the limited number of tables inside, made us nervous. The end.

20/08/2025: This is the best ice cream I've ever had.

16/08/2025: The owner's arrogance has gone beyond all limits. I called to order a gluten-free ice cream log and spoke to the owner. I went to pick it up yesterday, but they didn't do anything. The owner made excuses, telling me he realized it was ice cream that needed to be picked up on the spot. Then I reminded him that he himself had suggested I top the log with whipped cream and strawberries. What bothered me most was his normality; he didn't even ask me once that he was sorry. You've lost a customer.

27/09/2025: Easy to find place Unbelievable wait times for pizza After 2 hours, I've eaten a few fries and an arancini, and there's no sign of any pizza, and it's 10:37 PM. I'm waiting with bated breath. Never again, anyway.

25/09/2025: One of the worst places I've ever been treated. The bartender was incredibly rude, and the prices were unreasonably high: a coffee in a plastic cup without even water for €1.50. Never again!

24/09/2025: Great option for lunch on the beach. Typical beach bar/restaurant, and for that reason, it meets 100% of expectations. I don't understand the low ratings and complaints.

15/09/2025: ...here, Sicilians gather to dance in large groups, in step... The house's location is spectacular, overlooking the city, about 20 km away. The food is indeed as bad as most reviews warn... (spilled maître d' on wilted lettuce...horrible... There's no other restaurant here with a view...and we had a bed and breakfast nearby and were hungry... ;-)). The next day, we brought bread, wine, and olives from town...

07/08/2025: Last Sunday the 27th, I had dinner with some family members, and I can assure you we weren't at all satisfied with the food. The fried food was oily, the spaghetti with clams was equally oily. It all seemed like it had been reheated in the microwave, not to mention the mussels, which were small and rubbery. In fact, we were served just 5-10 minutes after ordering. Therefore, my family and I do not recommend this restaurant.

29/10/2025: The restaurant is nicely located along the beach, the staff are nice and efficient. Unfortunately the pizza I ate, with cheese, eggplant and parmesan flakes, was completely tasteless. The cheese had no taste at all. We have eaten much tastier cheeses before here in Sicily. My husband, however, was very happy with his, with spicy sausage on it.

26/10/2025: Beautiful view, I ordered the seafood salad cold from the fridge, tasteless and not fresh products, fettuccine with tasted of everything except fettuccine with lobster, tasteless, king of strong raw oil flavor and just cooked a little too much, the service was kind and polite but from the appetizer to the first course 53 minutes passed and not all together but staggered so let's say I waited another 10 minutes compared to the other guests

26/10/2025: Absolutely not. €66.00 for an appetizer of French fries, a pasta dish with swordfish and shrimp (which were actually prawns), a risotto with scampi (which was overcooked, salty, and above all creamy), a water, and two Cokes. Unfortunately, I have to write a negative review, but it's not the first time I've been here and had a terrible meal.

06/07/2025: Arrived very late with the request for a pizza, even though they were closing the kitchen they were very kind to make us a pizza in a short time anyway. Despite this the pizza was very very good, excellent value for money! 😊
