Ciccio's Burger In Palermo

A nice and well-kept place, a bit small. There are tables outside, but they're uncovered during the day, and in the heat, it's literally unusable. However, we found a seat inside. The sandwiches were very good and well-made, and the prices were in line with the product. The only flaw was that I later discovered that a specific sandwich I ordered had a free fries option for a limited time. The clerk, however, didn't mention it to me, and I only found out about the offer later thanks to a TikTok video. I recommend getting takeout if you can. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I'd definitely go all out at other larger, air-conditioned locations.

The food quality is excellent, although I'd prefer a softer Smash-style sandwich. The variety of sandwiches is also excellent. The fries are good, but they're too salty (I recommend telling the kitchen staff this). Overall, the food, I repeat, is excellent. What's disappointing is the lack of a restroom, and the main reason I'm giving it three stars is that you don't recycle, which I really regret. One of your employees said so.

Update 4: You finally changed the bun; this one is much better, soft, with just the right consistency. Ah, you finally found the right balance. I ordered the BIG menu, but I have to say this sandwich is truly enormous. The bacon is delicious and crispy, and the lettuce and tomato are also excellent. I liked the fries better, especially with the Ciccios sauce, rather than the mayo, which is too bland. Truly top-notch. It would be great if you made a sandwich with the same ingredients as the big one but with just one burger instead of two to make it lighter, because honestly, I was bursting at the seams with the sandwich alone today. It's really good though. Finally, the 5 stars are back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Update 3: I recently tried the BRIE smash burger and was very dissatisfied. First of all, the caramelized onion wasn't caramelized but left raw, so much so that it was bright purple (this isn't the first time I've had Brie, and the other times it was excellent). Then you changed the bread again compared to months ago, and I don't like this one at all; it's too dry, whereas the previous ones were definitely better and softer. I don't understand why there are all these ups and downs in the quality of the food. It's absurd to me. The only thing that hasn't changed are the fries, which are still good, but not overly so. The sauces need updating; the mayonnaise doesn't taste like mayonnaise. I'm attaching a screenshot of the order to prove I actually purchased it. The sandwich itself was good, both the meat and the crispy bacon, but I expected it to be more like an American bun, not an ice cream brioche. In fact, when I ate it, the first bite immediately made me feel like I was eating an ice cream brioche rather than a burger bun; I expected better. Also, the fries aren't great, and the chicken popcorn was hard to eat on its own due to the excessive spices and grains on top. I thought they were like chicken nuggets, but no. If I had had a sauce, they would definitely have been less unpleasant. But unfortunately, you forgot to put the sauce I ordered and paid for separately on the app in the bag. In short, for an order that cost almost 16 euros (excluding shipping and all because I have Prime) I expected better.

The food was excellent, everything was delicious, the staff was super professional and very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Small space but among the best fast food restaurants in Palermo

Everything was good, the atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable, a little cramped (not a big deal) but overall, considering where it is located, the atmosphere is fine, the food was amazing, the cashier was very kind and friendly, I left with a full and happy stomach, I will definitely come back to visit again.

Good quality burger, but the bun is hard to digest. Excellent fries, passable chicken nuggets, and good sauces that can be added.

Service and environment cannot be rated because I ordered a takeaway.

Good food, excellent management organization, prices a little high.

Everything was ok except the sandwich wasn't a sandwich.
