11/02/2026: I would have given it 5/5 if it weren't for the constant menu changes, which unfortunately make the experience inconsistent over time.
I've always been loyal to a specific 64-piece sushi combo with a bottle of wine (Charme Bianco). Initially, the bottle was replaced with a lower-quality one, then—perhaps due to poor reception—the offer was reinstated. Subsequently, a €2 cover charge was added, and finally, the combo was permanently removed from the menu.
It's truly a shame, because the quality of the sushi is excellent and the staff is always impeccable, helpful, and kind.
I hope that in the future, a better balance will be found on the menu and that the offer will be available again.
25/01/2026: Everything was delicious. The tuna burger was amazing, the salmon tartare was very fresh.

30/08/2025: Excellent typical Palermo fried food, you will find meusa (spleen), panelle and cazzilli (croquettes) all delicious and made to order

But this year I was very disappointed with the arancini I bought for December 13th. In previous years, I've eaten delicious arancini, but this year, not only was the seasoning lacking, but the quality of the products was also poor, and the rice was dry and unseasoned. 👎🏻 I won't buy arancini from this bakery again.
07/12/2025: They delivered the pizzas without cutting them and even without napkins even though we had asked for them... BE CAREFUL!

08/01/2026: A fantastic place in Palermo! 🍕 The food is always fresh, prepared fresh with high-quality ingredients – the taste is truly impressive. The portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable, and the service is friendly and welcoming. The Aperol Spritz at this pizzeria is a masterpiece 🍹 – huge, perfectly balanced, and perfect for an evening of relaxation. The atmosphere is fantastic, making you want to come back. I definitely recommend it to everyone!
04/01/2026: Overall, the food was good, but I think the prices were exorbitant, because being in the center of town doesn't justify a €4 slice of Margherita pizza or a €7 flute stuffed with prosciutto. And this with all due respect to the incredibly kind staff and the cleanliness of the place.

11/12/2025: McDonald's offers an average experience: the sandwiches are decent and in line with expectations, perfect for a quick, unpretentious meal. Service is generally fast, though it can sometimes be a bit chaotic during peak hours. The environment is clean but could be better maintained. Overall, a convenient and functional choice, but nothing exceptional.
28/11/2025: I just left this restaurant located inside a shopping mall. It's under terrible management, the worst you'll find in Italy or anywhere else.
THE PEOPLE INSIDE WERE MINDING THEIR OWN BUSINESS.
No assistance, no one at the cash register. (The restaurant had few orders to fill.) Staff leaning against the door, some laughing, others eating.
I asked if it was normal for other people, after me, to come first. RESPONSE: ('Yes!' And immediately afterward, he turns his back on me.)
NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN!
I HAD GIVEN BACK A CHANCE after the previous time, again due to the incompetent staff, I waited 40 minutes for an entire menu.

25/03/2026: We've now felt at home at Pulcinella. We've hosted our children's birthday parties at Pulcinella several times, and we have nothing negative to say. The staff is kind and welcoming, the deli food is top-notch (I challenge you to find better), and the kids are incredibly happy in the inflatable area dedicated to them. Their entertainer, Davide from Royal Party (I must say), is incredibly helpful, fun, and engaging with both adults and children. What can I say??? We'll definitely be back again.
Quality and price, happy kids and parents too!

They almost charged for the toilet service too.
Too exaggerated.

20/12/2025: If I had to give a rating from 1 to 10 I would give -1 raw pizza, sauce taken from the jar and thrown in there tastes of sugar, charred aubergines.
02/09/2025: Honestly, I relied on the positive reviews even though some of my friends had a terrible meal at this same place a month ago. Overcooked chicken with a very strong smell, mushy fries, flavorless baked potatoes with no seasoning whatsoever, inedible mignon and out of 15 pieces (the lady had assured me there were 20 for two chickens) 7 were sandwiches with sour fried aubergines. So we're in Palermo, the city of street food and tasty food, and then what? The chicken shops all make the same exact things, and what's more, they're being mocked, because there are hundreds of types of mignon and to save money they use sour or banal things like bread rolls with aubergines. Or bread rolls with a French fry. I won't be going back again.

29/01/2026: December 26th, 7:45 PM, I called to ask if they were open and to buy tobacco with filters and papers. I informed them that I was a 5-minute walk away, due to road traffic, and the bar was closed, even though the owners were inside. They completely ignored me, even though I told them I had called 5 minutes earlier to make sure it was open. I'm giving it 1 star because 0 isn't possible, but in reality, you're below 0.
