18/06/2025: The food is fresh and simply excellent! It couldn't be better!

03/06/2025: Dinner based on fresh fish, appetizer, first and second course for two, it was worth the money. The squid in the mixed grill was overcooked but the rest was good.

26/09/2025: The charcuterie and cheese platter for two was very good, varied, and filling. The only small flaw was that everything was a bit too salty for our tastes, but nothing serious, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The same goes for the torta al testo with mortadella, pecorino, and truffle cream. The service was perhaps a little slow to bring the platter (we waited half an hour and there was no one else eating), but the staff was super friendly and helpful, no complaints. The atmosphere is very relaxed, friendly, and not at all chaotic (at least on a Monday night), with the option of even watching a league match. The prices are absolutely fair, perhaps even affordable, for the quality and quantity they offer. We will definitely be back.

25/09/2025: I absolutely do not recommend it. I felt sick after eating here, and the place is dirty and has tables in the middle of the street.

25/10/2025: My husband and I were looking for a venue for our wedding, and we stumbled upon La Tonnara completely by chance. We fell in love at first sight! We got married on April 28, 2025, in pouring rain, but we didn't care. The venue inside is enchanting, and we celebrated with just a few close friends. The service was impeccable, Susanna was wonderful, and the food was sensational and classy. I would do it all over again at La Tonnara. Thank you for everything, Susanna! Vanessa and Carlo

19/10/2025: Rude people, they delivered late and were missing an item I paid €8 for, and they wouldn't refund it in any way, even though I've been a long-time customer... They'll never see me again. Regarding the response, what you wrote is incorrect: you told me I had to deal with Just Eat for the refund, and Just Eat said the restaurant owner handles cash orders. Besides, they first wrote that nothing was missing, and then that there was a mistake? Out of €40 in weekly orders from you alone, I wouldn't have gotten confused about a taco! The alternative was to wait another two hours, wait for the tacos, and then have the family eat separately! Keep them! Good luck!

07/10/2025: I had a kebab sandwich for lunch. Fast service. The sandwich was decent, not bad (I didn't add any hot sauce, just the yogurt one). The place, however, was awful; the sofas were all patched up with duct tape... The smell of fried food stuck to my clothes all day! Better to eat outside if the weather's nice.

13/09/2025: Service is great. Place is very nice - quiet and moody but food is just about average. Bland, not salty and very conservative with spices. Value for money is quite low here.

12/09/2025: The seafood platter consisted of entirely raw products, squid and mussels as well as shrimp. We didn't eat anything but we paid for everything without any commercial gesture or any offer whatsoever.

07/10/2025: Two kebab sandwiches ordered from Glovo, fair price and excellent food quality. However, the bread was not crispy and was small. Overall, the kebabs were good but could be improved. If I had to say, I would have given them 3.5 stars, but that's not possible.

26/09/2025: The staff is completely distracted. When Martina's gone, the shop goes haywire! You ask for one thing and find something else in the bag! For example, today we ordered Semprefreschi and these are the sandwiches we found in the bag. You might say, "What's the difference?" The difference is that I pay and I decide what the hell I eat!

26/09/2025: While passing through Palermo with my wife, we stumbled upon this place by chance. The location is truly beautiful, the pizza was quite good, and the service was friendly and fast. Two small negatives...the person taking the order seemed rather listless 🙄 and even though we specified less ham because my wife is vegetarian, they brought it with ham, but then they offered to remake it promptly. Then there's the lack of 1-liter Coke, only 250-ml bottles at €2.50, or €10 per liter. In my area (Ragusa), they serve 1- to 1.5-liter bottles and charge €3-4.

08/09/2025: A unique location. I guarantee I ate the best pizza in Palermo. It's definitely a place for connoisseurs! This is the real Palermo! The staff is courteous and attentive! They're truly excellent!

19/09/2025: Tell me if this isn't scamming customers! We ordered two mixed family pizzas and two mixed Specials over the phone. The Mixed Specials, as you can see from the menu in the photo, were supposed to include: chicken wings, onion rings, chicken croquettes, panelle and croquettes, and mozzarella balls, for a total of 30 pieces! Judge for yourself from the photos whether what we received corresponds to what was described! A huge pile of fries, a few panelle, and a few croquettes! All for €22!!! Do you think that's €22 worth of fries?!? We called them back to ask for an explanation and were told, "But the Just Eat menu is something else." What the hell kind of response is that?!?!? I didn't make a fool of myself with my guests for dinner, but you guys who burn out customers like this! But don't worry, it's just a matter of time...people who work this way don't last long! Absolutely avoid!
