11/03/2025: Propongono due tipi di menù: Base> si possono scegliere due portate; Completo> con antipasto, primo, secondo e dessert. Inoltre c’è un menu bambino. Si mangia bene e il personale è cortese. Abbiamo pranzato lì dove una bella passeggiata sulla neve! Consigliato!

18/11/2024: This is a luxury working farm, and a piece of Sicilian history. If you have the good fortune to drive here in middle of the countryside with wild horses on the road. You will be blessed.So much attention to detail in every step you take.The staff was friendly and welcoming , it is not the Pullman in Paris so keep that in mind ,it is a working farm with lovely accommodations. The food at dinner was clean ,healthy , satisfying and delicious but small portions. The breakfast was by far the best breakfast of any hotel that I have stayed in the world. The chef was there to cook your farm fresh eggs any style you desired, Everything was local and super fresh, such as -nuts, fresh produce to juice, cakes, tarts, croissants, meats and beautiful local cheeses ,home made butter, home made breads & cookies, fresh made yogurt , it goes on and on everything made on sight or close by local. The hotel is quite maybe to quite, needs music by pool for my taste.I felt very special to be able to be part of history staying in this labor of love in the resurrection of this family farm. They loan you a small book to read in your room , the story & history & significance of this beautiful place in Sicily the book is written by the owner.The rooms are cozy and decorated so beautiful clean lines. The bar room a converted working room was magnificent, comfortable with a large fireplace . I could have spent days in this room. With the fire going. But sadly my only complaint is that the owners beautiful dog Bruno is able to run freely and greet people , which is great but there are two very sweet dogs that are locked in a small caged area, not the best conditions . No shade in the hot sun with a "tiny" dog house for one dog ,not suitable for hot summer heat nor winter. They are not taken out for walks and they look at you with please pet me and get me out of here. They do not bark when you say hello to them from the high wall above ,they just want attention and love ! This was so upsetting. That the owners could be so cruel. I know it is Sicily things are different here, but the owners are educated, well read and traveled people. I was shocked how these dogs were kept. This ruined my lovely stay at this magnificent working farm. I would have gave them 5 stars but gave them 4 because of the dogs .

14/03/2025: Io e mia moglie ci siamo stati questa sera 14/03/2025. Siamo stati accolti molto bene dal proprietario, Alessio, un ragazzo gentilissimo e, avendo potuto conversare con lui durante la cena, veramente simpatico e preparato su ciò che propone. Abbiamo preso due pinse: una Diavola e una Loredana, impasto meraviglioso, cottura perfetta e ingredienti di prima scelta, le migliori che abbia mai mangiato in vita mia (e sono romano). Abbiamo concluso con delle minipinse ripiene di Nutella e mascarpone (ATTENZIONE!!! possono dare dipendenza). Era la prima volta che ci andavamo, ma è stato come se frequentassimo il posto da anni. Quando passeremo da Rimini sarà una tappa obbligatoria per noi. Se volete mangiare la vera pinsa in un ambiente meraviglioso allora avete trovato il posto che fa per voi, non resterete delusi.

20/02/2025: il locale è alquanto accogliente e il personale è preparato sui piatti e soprattutto molto simpatico e alla mano. il servizio è eccellente, così come le pietanze, dal gusto saporito e sofisticato. atmosfera davvero accogliente e stuzzicante. LOCALE DAVVERO CONSIGLIATO!!!! (voto dieshi e lode)

16/11/2024: Il mangiare è buono, peccato per la (mancata) puntualità. Ho chiamato per un domicilio alle 20:00, sono arrivati alle 21. Se non potete rispettare un orario, almeno ditelo, così le persone possono decidere se ordinare da un’altra parte o meno.

25/04/2025: Waiting too long (1h45m clock). It was still Saturday but, when ordering, you are usually told that the wait is very long and you are asked to choose whether to continue with the order, you don't force people to wait almost two hours. The pizzas were ok and I imagine the rest was good too but the orders were coming out very late (not just ours) so there's just something wrong with the order management. It's a shame because we had specifically gone to that area to get takeaway from a different place but, obviously, we ate a cold dinner, exhausted from waiting

23/03/2025: Very good and tasty chicken, the mignon rotisserie equally, everything of quality, the fried potatoes very good. Also the well-seasoned pizzas with excellent dough, compliments to everyone.

26/03/2025: Celebrated a birthday in the past few weeks. The atmosphere was quite dark as far as being able to simply see what was on your plate. Karaoke night, with music in total distortion that would not allow you to talk to the person sitting next to you as the music was almost deafening. The pizzas finally arrived... and maybe it would have been better if they hadn't arrived. My partner had a pizza with rocket which was yellow and wilted. I had a pizza with sausage and onion which was almost uneatable. The whole table left parts of the pizzas because honestly between when it was burnt, no with poor quality ingredients, you couldn't continue to eat them. That said without music or at least humanly pleasant, the appetizers were decent. With the pizzas they really shot themselves in the foot. I won't be going back, that's for sure. I hope they can only improve, because worse than this, honestly, it's really difficult to go down.

17/03/2025: Found the place through reviews and yes, I have to compliment them. Arriving at 2.30pm they welcomed us with a smile, politeness and friendliness, the staff recommended the starters and first courses, all made with the true flavors of Palermo. I didn't take photos because I was very hungry but believe me abundant and good dishes, I thank all the staff see you soon 💯💯💯💯

06/04/2025: I highly recommend the place... the ice cream is excellent... Courtesy, Kindness, complete the very pleasant atmosphere of the Cubana... The external veranda is nice.
