30/05/2026: I'm appalled by the treatment I endured a few days ago. I'll start by saying that I've recently urgently needed to use the restroom due to some personal issues. I asked the person I believe to be the owner for permission to use the restroom without paying for anything, since, as a student, I only had enough money for a bus ticket. (I should point out that I've been to this establishment on other occasions, always paying for the restroom.) The lady responded by telling me no, and to go somewhere else. I found the attitude lacking in empathy and respect, especially considering the emergency situation. I would have expected more compassion, especially considering my previous visits to the bar. One star is even too much; I only gave it to review; if I could have given zero, I would have.

06/02/2026: I had recommended it to the owner and her daughter who are a pastry chef and I also have a Bar Pasticceria Gelateria, I bought 2 Sicilian cannoli and 8 cannoli my aunt, she found 7 (even though she paid for 8) but she gave them to us already filled and we wanted them empty with ricotta on the side and they all arrived soft because the filling had softened the cannoli, in fact in our bar we put chocolate inside to isolate the cannoli from the filling so it always remains crunchy, nothing, no one was at all appreciated, I promised myself I would return but this will not happen again.

14/06/2024: Simple, petit et joli bar, plein centre. Petite terrasse, quartier vivant, une bière fraîche agréable. Accueil bon de la serveuse.

03/05/2024: Freschezza dei prodotti da colazione.... treccia alle noci spettacolare. Gentilissimi al bancone. Buona posizione. Consiglio per la colazione di tutti quelli che alloggiano nei B&B nei dintorni.

26/09/2025: I live in Ancona but my heart is Palermo... by pure chance I came across this online shop having no contact with other shops I relied on them... I contacted them and spoke with a guy named Emanuele who made himself available... he advised me... listened... I understood that he was prepared and reliable. He followed my online order and the goods arrived in 3 days.. Thank you all... I will give you great publicity here in the Marche.... thanks Emanuele it was a pleasure... I will buy again

11/09/2025: We bought a couple of Palermo jerseys and had one of them branded. Although the inventory and sizing issues were a bit chaotic, the staff were attentive and helped us as much as possible.

24/03/2026: The staff were extremely rude and lacked any sensitivity towards customers. We were treated coldly and rudely, to the point of being literally kicked out of the restaurant simply because some of us were eating food we had brought from home. A truly humiliating experience that left us humiliated and deeply uncomfortable. Absolutely avoid.

23/03/2026: Known as an engineering bar, I hope it goes out of business and changes management. I know it may seem mean, but the prices are really high and the quality is really poor. I constantly recycle receipts and dare you to take a picture of one of their open pieces to see if there's anything inside. I've never seen a spicy salami boat without the sausage and two slices of salami inside and paid like gold. This bar is so bad they removed the location from Maps that it's so disgusting. How can someone order a piece early in the morning already know it's the end of the day?
