22/09/2025: This afternoon, I took a walk through some of the backstreets my neighborhood. I had heard good things about Panificio Santa Rita, a bread and pizza store, so I decided to drop in and pick something up for dinner. They had one of my favorites, sfincione, a very specific type of Sicilian pizza topped with caciocavallo cheese and a sauce made with tomatoes, onion, anchovy, and oregano, typically topped with breadcrumbs, as well. They also had something I’ve wanted to try, a potato pizza. It’s a white pie with minimal cheese and potatoes on top. I got two pieces for just €3.50. I had a piece of each for dinner and I’m very happy to have leftovers!

22/05/2025: Personale gentilissimo ma la pizza che fanno non si può definire pizza, impasto insapore, salsa di scarsa qualità come gli ingredienti, ogni volta che la prendo sto sempre male di stomaco nonostante sia fiducioso che la volta successiva sarebbe stata migliore.
