01/09/2025: Excellent coffee, shame about the service

12/08/2025: All the products we tried here were amazing, from bread, baguettes and pastries to pizza and pastas. For lunch time, they always have different dishes every day. Local traditional dishes, or pasta and pizza so they can satisfy everyone. Make sure you order a large pizza for dinner to pick up, it’s absolutely divine. You must pre-order your pizza though. At noon for dinner, or in the morning if you want it at lunchtime. I’d like to mention the excellent service from Marco and his team, they are all very welcoming and patient with people like me, who are speaking broken Italian. Me and my girlfriend came to this bakery almost every day for the whole month we stayed in Palermo and we highly recommend Marco and his team. Thanks again for all the delicious food you served us! 04/10/2025: Many options, even for "vegetarians." The staff are friendly and readily answer questions about the contents of each item on display. They have pan pizzas WITHOUT LARD, and when you pass by (often coming from the Eurospin supermarket next door, or the Anime Market on the other side), you can smell the freshly baked bread... even if you didn't want bread... you can't help but stop and buy it. RECOMMENDED. PS. They also do a lot of lunch options, like pasta, etc. Definitely worth a try. I ordered several slices of pizza 🍕 WITHOUT LARD, SPECIAL BREAD, PUFF PASTRY, SFOGLINE, and photos are in the review.
