07/12/2025: I was truly impressed by this restaurant: a charming, elegant place with attention to every detail. The atmosphere is refined yet welcoming, perfect for a special dinner. A special thanks goes to Gilbert, the waiter who looked after us with great professionalism and courtesy. Extremely kind, knowledgeable, and always available, he expertly guided us through the wine selection, suggesting perfect pairings with each course. His passion and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. The quality of the food is excellent: fresh ingredients, carefully crafted dishes, and balanced flavors. The portions are perfectly designed: you arrive at the end of the meal feeling full but not weighed down, with the feeling of having savored each course to perfection. The price is absolutely in line with the quality offered; in fact, considering the attentive service and the high quality of the cuisine, it's even reasonable. 30/11/2025: An experience definitely worth repeating. The choice of ingredients, the attention to detail, and the expertise in the preparation lead to an outcome that can only be excellent. Every single flavor is well-balanced and perfectly paired. The dishes are a succession of taste and refinement. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The service is attentive and courteous. There's a plan. You can see it, and above all, taste it, with every bite. Recommended.

You'll find the first jersey of a Juventus player and AC Milan's first international cup, along with a wealth of other memorabilia. Good food and average value.

12/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tao Beach Club – Excellent Experience! Tao Beach Club is an excellent option for a relaxing day at the beach. The service is outstanding, and the restaurant is truly top-notch. A special thank you to Natalia, who is exceptionally customer-focused — even though the club was fully booked, she called me back as soon as a cabana became available and reserved it for us. It happened to be the last day of the season, and my wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend it. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail made it a perfect ending to our trip. Highly recommended!

01/04/2026: It was delicious; the small pizza was at least 26 cm in diameter. The dough was excellent, with a nice crust that wasn't dry. The tomato sauce really tasted like tomatoes. The hamburger was also very good; it came in a panini. Think of it like a doner kebab, except the bread was filled with the burger ingredients (patty, lettuce, cheese, tomato, ketchup, and mayo). The staff was also very friendly and attentive (they also speak English and French). It was a very pleasant evening.

We ate abundantly, with high-quality traditional local products. Everything was top-notch, far superior to other agriturismos. Recommended both as a culinary destination or as part of a nature excursion.

05/05/2026: On May 1st, I had lunch at a trattoria nestled in the mountains, Fontana Regina. I usually avoid eating out on holidays because it's often disappointing. This time, however, it was a huge surprise: not only was I not disappointed, but I don't think I've ever eaten such well-cooked, authentic, and high-quality food. The set menu was incredibly rich: an appetizer with excellent cured meats and cheeses, a truly superb ricotta, and artisanal jams, including a slightly spicy marmalade we were told was homemade. Next, a simply divine parmigiana, battered fennel meatballs, fried artichokes, arancini, and chili peppers: every bite was thoughtful and surprising. The first course was a classic baked pasta dish, made to perfection. For those who didn't eat meat, they prepared an equally excellent alternative, a sign of great attention. The true masterpiece, however, was the second course: a boiled meat served on a large platter to share. At first, without a knife, I wondered how we'd cut it... then I understood: it was cut with spoons, soft as butter. The meat was of extraordinary quality, accompanied by baked potatoes and caramelized onions. To conclude, homemade desserts (tiramisu or baba) and little touches like special jams, including elderflower jams. But what really struck me was the owner's attention to detail: always present, discreet, attentive to every detail of the table. I'd never found everything—and absolutely everything—perfect: the quality of the ingredients, the cuisine, the service, the hospitality. All for €40 (drinks not included): a simply rare quality-price ratio. We were coming from Messina, and I can say without hesitation that it was absolutely worth it. An extraordinary experience.

10/04/2026: A classic place where you can eat good food, really good, the signature dish being macaroni with tomato sauce made with Nebrodi sino, and the cured meats and cheeses are excellent.

07/04/2026: We booked at the restaurant because it is recommended by Gambero Rosso... the location is very nice... Already from the orders the host seemed a bit inattentive... when the appetizer was brought the table was not served all only 3 out of 10 and my Carrubba appetizer which is made up of 15 courses said by the host had not been served if after our initial perplexity we were told that having ordered 2 Carrubba appetizers we would have to share it without having said... then brought some samples he told me the waiter that it was finished but the fried samples had not been served and we pointed it out... asked for the fillet proposed by the host which arrived after a very long wait and asked many times the reason for the delay so much so that he said that if it had not arrived within a few minutes we would have left, a good sirloin arrived and not a fillet as requested... the food is excellent the price is correct but the host was unhelpful... a few episodes of 4 restaurants to see I would recommend it to improve on how to do the friendliness is a strong point of the place
