I'm sharing an experience from a year ago, which I'd decided not to share, but then changed my mind.
There were two of us, we ate wonderfully, and we had a great time overall. Unfortunately, however, the owner brought us a tray of fresh fish with lobsters inside, telling us that "fresh fish costs (if I'm not mistaken) €65/kg."
While I was trying to decide what to eat, he himself offered me spaghetti with the lobster from the tray, and I accepted.
After weighing it, he politely told me it was about 500 grams.
The bill arrived; my lobster entree cost about €76. €150/kg per lobster, which we hadn't been told.
The food was good, the place was nice, but this was a real "smart move" that didn't make sense.
In any case, I recommend the place, but also ask the price of everything.

We were greeted warmly. The fresh fish, which we chose grilled, was delicious and cooked to perfection. The staff was incredibly welcoming, even with our little girls. Just steps from the Greek amphitheater and located on a quiet side street, we highly recommend it!

We ate here on New Year’s Day and had one of the best meals in a while. Warm welcome and attentive service from two generations of owners. The food - from the home made bread to the delicious catch of the day - was absolute Sicilian excellence. Highly recommend for a causal dinner of the highest quality while in Taormina.

Using a hockey expression, this restaurant delivered an amazing Hat Trick. The service, presentation and taste were absolutely fantastic. We started with the tuna tatare. Then followed that with the catch of the day cooked Siciliano style.We couldn’t leave without trying the Homemade PannaCotta. This has to have been one of the best fish restaurant I have tried in a very long time. Thank you Salvatore!
