A truly divine experience! We dined at this beautiful little restaurant and were enchanted. The dishes, masterfully prepared by the chef, are a true triumph of flavor. Special thanks go to all the staff for their impeccable welcome and to the owner, a wonderful mother who knows how to make everyone feel at home with her sweetness and professionalism. A very welcoming, family-run atmosphere in a scenic location with the town of Tripi in the background. Excellent, traditional Sicilian home cooking. Generous, tasty dishes. Reasonable prices. It was a pleasant discovery for my guests and me.

On May 1st, I had lunch at a trattoria nestled in the mountains, Fontana Regina. I usually avoid eating out on holidays because it's often disappointing. This time, however, it was a huge surprise: not only was I not disappointed, but I don't think I've ever eaten such well-cooked, authentic, and high-quality food. The set menu was incredibly rich: an appetizer with excellent cured meats and cheeses, a truly superb ricotta, and artisanal jams, including a slightly spicy marmalade we were told was homemade. Next, a simply divine parmigiana, battered fennel meatballs, fried artichokes, arancini, and chili peppers: every bite was thoughtful and surprising. The first course was a classic baked pasta dish, made to perfection. For those who didn't eat meat, they prepared an equally excellent alternative, a sign of great attention. The true masterpiece, however, was the second course: a boiled meat served on a large platter to share. At first, without a knife, I wondered how we'd cut it... then I understood: it was cut with spoons, soft as butter. The meat was of extraordinary quality, accompanied by baked potatoes and caramelized onions. To conclude, homemade desserts (tiramisu or baba) and little touches like special jams, including elderflower jams. But what really struck me was the owner's attention to detail: always present, discreet, attentive to every detail of the table. I'd never found everything—and absolutely everything—perfect: the quality of the ingredients, the cuisine, the service, the hospitality. All for €40 (drinks not included): a simply rare quality-price ratio. We were coming from Messina, and I can say without hesitation that it was absolutely worth it. An extraordinary experience.

A stunning view surrounded by greenery, exceptional and plentiful food, and a family atmosphere. The owner pampered us from start to finish. The appetizer was truly excellent, the grilled meats delicious, and the dip was incredible, made with their own aromatic herbs. To finish, the homemade babà with cream and fresh fruit was amazing, even though I'm not a fan of this dessert. You can also purchase their citrus and chili pepper jams. We'll definitely be back.

An enchanting landscape, simple, genuine, authentic cuisine, rooted in the land and the seasons, that needs no comment. A place where the heart is felt. Congratulations and thank you.

A beautiful place where lunch is a true pleasure. The food is delicious, from appetizers to dessert, all homemade and seasonally available. It's easily accessible from Tripi, but also from San Cono. If you want to dine and be welcomed like at home, go, you won't regret it. We'll definitely be back.

Since we were on vacation, we were looking for a lunch featuring authentic local food, and we couldn't have found a better one! Gabriella and Giulia run the restaurant impeccably, making guests feel right at home. The food is delicious, with generous portions and more than fair prices. There's a beautiful open view of the village opposite. They also have honey and jams for purchase. Parking is available. Thank you, we had a wonderful time!
