18/01/2026: Finally, after years of coming to this magnificent restaurant, I can write my own review. I waited to do so on purpose, after having tried all—and I repeat, ALL—the restaurants in the area and beyond, I can say without a doubt that it is the absolute best, in terms of food, service, and value, and I can say this with complete certainty. I recommend everyone to try it, and you will definitely return, as I obviously did! TOP in the area! Kudos to the chef, but also to his wife, for her professionalism and dedication to her work.

07/11/2025: Therasia will always be one of those places closest to my heart. After three summers, it still feels as special as the first — it truly feels like home. The views are serene, calm, tranquil, and breathtaking, and the sunsets here just hit differently — they’re something else. Pierpaolo is truly exceptional — attentive, genuine, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything feels perfect. Thank you also to Marta, Maria, Lorenzo and the rest of the team for your warmth and kindness; you make every stay unforgettable. Truly one of my favorite hotels in the world.

02/11/2025: For me, there are no more beautiful places on earth. Here you are in paradise. The beauty and wild character of the island of Vulcano complement the sophisticated allure of the resort, with that dominant white typical of Aeolian architecture and those massive cubic shapes with flat roofs and terraces. The infinity pool seems to dive into the sea in a double play of blues of different yet equal hues. Divine cuisine, the freshest fish, and breakfast with endless choices. A dream. Because perhaps such beauty can also be found in the Caribbean, but the goodness of Italian cuisine and the charm left on this land by all the history that passed through it through the Arabs, Normans, and Bourbons can only be found here. I love it.

21/03/2026: In a typical tourist area, this pizzeria stands out primarily because of its affordable prices. It's immediately clear that the focus isn't on tourists, but rather on offering simple, honest food. The ambiance is basic, with plastic chairs, but that's part of its charm. The pizza was perfectly fine. Not the best I've ever had, but definitely not the worst either—more like solid mid-range. Since I bake pizza as a hobby and use sourdough starter, I feel I can offer a fairly informed opinion. If I'm ever in the area again and my hotel is nearby, I would definitely stop by again.

17/03/2026: The pizza was absolutely delicious. We ordered takeaway and it was ready in just 5–10 minutes, which was great. The place itself is very cozy and authentic, especially with the wood-fired stone oven. The staff were very friendly. We will definitely recommend and visit this place again 100%!

14/02/2026: We stopped for a bite to eat outside of lunchtime. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I'd especially recommend the braised beef sandwich, which is truly exceptional. Ask Giuliano for recommendations; he's very kind.

30/11/2025: I changed my mind. Over the years, the service has changed, much more attentive and helpful, lively, smiling, and friendly. The cocktails are made with good-quality spirits, the food is very tasty and fresh, everything here has its own charm.

22/03/2026: We went with friends one Saturday evening to Vurparu in Piraino, and the experience was truly excellent. The homemade appetizers are exceptional, rich in authentic flavors and prepared with great care. The first courses, all homemade, are distinguished by their quality and flavor, while the roast meat is simply splendid, cooked to perfection and truly flavorful. The quality-price ratio is also excellent: you can eat very well without spending too much. The only small complaint: the place was packed and very noisy, with a bit too much noise. However, this is a sign that the place is very popular and popular. Overall, a highly recommended stop for those seeking authentic cuisine and authentic flavors.

12/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tao Beach Club – Excellent Experience! Tao Beach Club is an excellent option for a relaxing day at the beach. The service is outstanding, and the restaurant is truly top-notch. A special thank you to Natalia, who is exceptionally customer-focused — even though the club was fully booked, she called me back as soon as a cabana became available and reserved it for us. It happened to be the last day of the season, and my wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend it. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail made it a perfect ending to our trip. Highly recommended!

24/10/2025: What a interesting but demanding Project! But with young Professionals at Work. Viola and Gabrielle keep a good eye on you. You can just taste the wines of the natural smaller vineyards, or match them with veggie/sea/land dishes, a lot of courses depends on you. And a very nice Jazz-Ambiente. Lower city, not far away from Villa Communale, off the central rush. Just go and taste!

26/09/2025: Small restaurant in the center of Taormina, nestled in a quiet, secluded alley. The food is excellent in quality and flavor, not to mention the selection of exclusively Sicilian wines, which further enhances the flavors of the excellent cuisine. Viola and Gabriele are a true asset with their knowledge and kindness. Highly recommended!!

12/01/2026: Good evening, I purposely left my name so it could be traced back to me, because I was so disappointed. Going back to that evening, if you had told me right away that you only worked by reservation, I would have walked away without batting an eyelid; I would have understood. But when you started serving me, offering me items that were free and out of order, and then less than two minutes later your colleague took those same items from the counter to fulfill a phone order (I was actually there), I'm sorry, but I didn't think it was fair on your colleague's part. I did appreciate the effort she made to go and see if there were any free items, and I tell you, just to please a customer, I would have grabbed a few things here and there and put together a tray, even the smallest one, just to "make up" for the mix-up. But that wasn't the case. In fact, my colleague kept suggesting she offer me "the remaining focaccia" from the reservations being prepared, meaning I had to settle for flavors I don't like... It wasn't the best, and if you appreciate constructive criticism, you'll agree with me. As a customer, I assure you, it wasn't nice to realize that I was a second-rate customer, and so I felt it was my duty to write a review. I'm not disparaging anyone, I was simply expressing my disappointment about true events. Happy New Year to you.

04/03/2026: In Messina, it's always the same story. Good pasta, for goodness' sake. But here they keep raising prices. And serving less than they used to. If you want to keep customers, you have to keep them satisfied.
