23/11/2025: Everything was perfect, from the appetizers (the octopus with potatoes was top notch), to the first courses, and I'd say the quality/price ratio was amazing. Prices have skyrocketed in Marsala these days, but here I'd say families can afford fair prices for every culinary desire. There were four of us. The staff was exceptionally friendly, classy, and professional. The owner was always there. I highly recommend it. I always love coming back.

The staff was welcoming and attentive. I recommend everyone come and enjoy the delicacies served, which are beautifully presented and very professional.

07/12/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant yesterday. A very pleasant surprise! The hostess was very welcoming! We had panelle and tomato-basil bruschetta as an appetizer—delicious!
We chose a high-quality grilled swordfish and delectable squid ink spaghetti! The food is refined, and the waiter explained how the caponata was made—so soft and flavorful! It's actually cooked in a steam oven! The service was discreet, and the waiter was very friendly and attentive. A superb address that I will remember! I highly recommend it; congratulations to this wonderful team!

15/10/2025: The celebration for my daughter's wedding was held at Baglio Borgesati in September and I need to say that everything was simply wonderful. Great place, great atmosphere, perfect and super-professional service, great food. They took care of all details and nothing went wrong. All guests were happy and appreciated each little thing. A special thanks to Stefano, the head of the service for our wedding, who was simply unbelievable in making sure everything went well.

24/11/2025: Everything was very good. Prices were a bit higher than average, but everything was top-notch. I'd eliminate the pesto or basil sauce scattered around the pizzas and add draft beers (not necessarily gluten-free). Good experience.

20/10/2025: Superb location, comfortable atmosphere, and exceptional cuisine. We visited Etna Quota Mille for a family Sunday lunch and had a fantastic experience. The food, wine, and service deserve a 10/10. We can't wait to return.
19/10/2025: Yesterday I came for lunch with a friend. A magnificent place... in addition to the natural beauty that Etna always offers, I found the 1,000-meter-high masseria enchanting.
We stopped for lunch, welcomed by the very kind and efficient Desy, whom I also thank for her advice. We had exquisite appetizers, homemade macaroni with ragù, Angus steak, and lemon meatballs. Everything was truly delicious. I will return and bring more friends to enjoy the breathtaking view, the delicious cuisine, and the kindness of Desy and her colleagues. Full marks!!!

01/10/2025: Just an update on previous review: they are still closed!
18/09/2025: Giving one star coz we didn't get to eat anything!!! How difficult is it to update on Google that its closed for business. We read reviews online, planned especially for this restaurant as we were staying far..but when we reach and saw it closed and a note on the door that it was closed for vacation. Very disappointing!!!
Pl be tech savvy and post it online if you are going to be closed.

15/11/2025: Truly enjoyed the recommended Mt Etna volcanic soil grown white. The parmigiana with ricotta salat and the baked ricotta with orange salad and fennel were all delisioza!! Well worth a visit for wine and a snack; owner and server were very welcoming. Server spoke english.
13/11/2025: Welcoming wine bar, very helpful staff. Sat outside, had the orange salad and baked ricotta-very good dish! Had a few glasses of wine and bought a couple bottles to take away. Very enjoyable….note if sitting outside the narrow street can get busy in the evening.
