13/10/2025: The food is very, very good. Alessandro is an excellent host. The dishes are good, well-cooked. The price is in line with the 2025 costs. It's not cheap, but it's fair. You don't feel ripped off when you leave, in fact, you think, "I ate well and enjoyed the fish dishes..."

12/10/2025: A truly exceptional place where intimacy and serenity are guaranteed by the limited seating, which also ensures high-quality service, kitchen management, and raw ingredients. All the fish is super fresh, and the entire staff is friendly, helpful, and very professional. A delicious, high-quality menu is "decanted" by the owner directly at the table, at the right price considering we're talking about fish caught practically in front of us, but with flavors that truly deserve a solid 10! The mussels are excellent, but in general everything we ate was delicious and beautifully presented. 👌🏼 We'll definitely be back.

02/10/2025: Great food. We started with appetizers. For the 1st - pastas with porcini and pasta with zucchini. For the main courses - veal steak, pork tenderloin and veal chick. Combined with a bottle of local red vine it was great and very testy. Need a small improve in speed of service.

07/10/2025: A stop in Mazara for my wife's prawns... and what a discovery! Taverna di Mare was a perfect choice. I discovered the "mature" fish, aged like the meat: a true delight, tender and refined like nothing I'd ever tasted before. We tried shrimp tartare, bruschetta with shrimp roe, tuna matured with ginger and garlic, and the irresistible "Bumma" spaghetti: carefully prepared, tasty, and original dishes. A welcoming place, extremely friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. Mazara del Vallo is a clean and surprisingly beautiful city. Highly recommended, a must-see for anyone who loves good seafood! 🐟✨

03/10/2025: Absolutely fantastic food, superb service – especially the staff are super friendly, have great interactions, and are incredibly personable. The food is incredibly good and tastes super fresh! I'm not usually a fish eater, but I really enjoyed it. The value for money is excellent – ​​we paid around €80 for two people – a starter, two main courses, and drinks. For this quality, it was definitely worth it! We will definitely be back.

27/09/2025: Such a great spot. We were immediately and warmly welcomed. The hosts were interested and accomodating and the food immensely satisfying. It was our choice for the first night of our trip and we were extremely happy that we had made that decision. Seated in the cozy and unassuming alleyway, Al Vicoletto was the perfect start to a wonderful holiday.

14/09/2025: Overall, a good evening, great fish, and friendly staff. My only complaint would be to make sure menus are handed out at the table and to at least ask for water as soon as people are seated, rather than leaving them waiting 20 minutes. Otherwise, the fish was good and the evening was pleasant. I recommend it.

04/10/2025: We stopped here for a sweet break. We tried the classic cannoli, and the wafer is strictly homemade: super ricotta. My daughter also had two mini cannoli: one pistachio and one chocolate. A huge variety of almond paste "fruttini" (little fruits). Highly recommended!

01/10/2025: We ordered a large pistachio cannoli. The staff at the shop were very kind. We asked for a knife to share it, and she split it herself. It was so good I forgot to take a picture. There's a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and traditional products.

The minimalist and refined setting exudes a sense of calm and elegance that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is impeccable: kind, attentive, and always discreet, never intrusive. We chose the seafood tasting menu: a true journey of flavors, harmonious and surprising from start to finish. Each course was a small masterpiece, enhanced by a rich and well-selected wine list. The price is slightly above average for a Michelin star, but absolutely justified by the quality of the experience and the caliber of the cuisine. Sapio maintains a rare balance between elegance, creativity, and hospitality. Definitely worth a try.

06/10/2025: Going to Sapio is an experience in itself, and chef Alessandro Ingiulla, with his elaborate and sometimes seemingly simple creations, turns dishes into true delights. So if you want a different experience, book a table at Sapio.
