Expensive for Sicily but worth every Euro.
The mixed appetisers were particularly delicious!
We were outside in a side street, not photogenic or pretty but enjoyable.

31/07/2025: Excellent place, wonderful welcome from the staff, and also from the owner.
We went for dinner to celebrate a graduation; we had a great meal, with excellent portions and a variety of dishes.
The location is beautiful and has an old-fashioned style. Finding a parking spot is a bit of a problem, but if you want to walk around, you can leave your car downtown. The only drawback is that if you're disabled, since the restaurant is on the first floor, it's not wheelchair accessible.
Otherwise, the food was amazing, the staff were very kind, and... Enough...

23/07/2025: The location is charming and cool, under a large umbrella-shaped mulberry tree. The staff is friendly and approachable, making you feel right at home.
The first and second courses are homemade and delicious. The ricotta cannoli deserve special praise.

Chef Angelino has a rare talent: his dishes are balanced, creative, and always impeccable in both flavor and presentation. The maître d', who welcomes you with kindness and a genuine smile, is attentive and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is elegant, with meticulous attention to detail, and a style that combines refinement and Sicilian soul. One of the best restaurants I've tried in Sicily. Highly recommended.

Magnificent decor in a superb stone-vaulted room. The dishes are delicious and the service impeccable.
We received a very warm welcome, even with four children!
Wide selection of wines, excellent grappa, and probably the best vongole I've ever tasted.
The tiramisu was also excellent, as were the seafood appetizers.
A truly delightful experience!

18/08/2025: My family and I had lunch at this wonderful place. Beautiful location, impeccable service, top-notch food.
We stopped by chance, intrigued, and even though the place was fully booked, the owner was kind enough to find us a table and accommodate us.
We ate divinely, paid a fair bill commensurate with the impeccable quality of the food, and enjoyed complimentary coffee at the end of the meal.
I recommend it 100% and hope to return soon.

17/07/2025: Best lunch spot in this town. It's only open for lunch and it's relatively busy at times. They have a great selection that includes maybe 20 different items from pasta to meat/chicken/fish. Inside is air conditioned.
There is parking just across the street.

09/08/2025: Siamo stati questa sera in questo ristorante e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza eccezionale. Il pesce era cucinato a regola d’arte: freschissimo, saporito e presentato con grande cura. Ogni portata ci ha conquistato, dall’antipasto al dolce.
Il servizio è stato impeccabile: attento, rapido e cordiale. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, che con simpatia e passione ci ha raccontato un po’ la storia del suo locale, facendoci sentire come a casa.
Un posto dove la qualità del cibo si unisce all’ospitalità genuina: sicuramente torneremo e lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia gustare dell’ottimo pesce in un’atmosfera accogliente.

31/07/2025: I had never crossed the threshold of a Michelin-starred restaurant, nor did I think a meal could evoke such a profound sense of wonder. La Madia di Pino isn't just a place to dine: it's a suspended space, where time slows down and food once again has a voice.
In an age where haste has numbed taste and the market has accustomed us to repetitive, industrial flavors, this experience felt like a revelation. For the first time in a long time, I truly ate: with my sight, my smell, my hearing, my heart. Each dish, conceived as a fragment of art, invited slowness and contemplation of taste.
It's a journey that reminds us how far we've come from listening to food, and how much beauty there is still to be rediscovered or recovered.
A precious experience, which teaches—or perhaps reminds—that nourishment can also be an act of beauty and truth.
It was well-deserved!

29/07/2025: A masterpiece of a dinner, fully worthy of what one would expect from a two-Michelin-star experience. Of course, the bill is accordingly, but we left happy to have invested that money in such a gastronomic experience. Chef Cuttaia also comes to the table frequently to check on the progress of the dinner and to chat in a very pleasant manner.

A dream: delicious dishes, super-fresh ingredients, and presentations worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. All at a truly fair price. An experience I recommend to everyone, and one I will definitely repeat. Kudos to the entire staff!
14/08/2025: Despite our initial expectations given the Michelin-starred restaurant, we can't confirm the same kind of experience. We chose the chef's six-course tasting menu, which proved to be extremely technical but lacking in emotion and impact. The service was extremely lackluster, and the dishes were technically correct but nothing exceptional. The quality-price ratio was significantly unbalanced compared to other Michelin-starred and non-starred restaurants.
