20/10/2025: Superb location, comfortable atmosphere, and exceptional cuisine. We visited Etna Quota Mille for a family Sunday lunch and had a fantastic experience. The food, wine, and service deserve a 10/10. We can't wait to return.

19/10/2025: Yesterday I came for lunch with a friend. A magnificent place... in addition to the natural beauty that Etna always offers, I found the 1,000-meter-high masseria enchanting. We stopped for lunch, welcomed by the very kind and efficient Desy, whom I also thank for her advice. We had exquisite appetizers, homemade macaroni with ragù, Angus steak, and lemon meatballs. Everything was truly delicious. I will return and bring more friends to enjoy the breathtaking view, the delicious cuisine, and the kindness of Desy and her colleagues. Full marks!!!

22/10/2025: We had a wonderful meal here in a peaceful setting. Bruschetta as a starter. The meals are generous portions. Pasta Norma: delicious. Friendly owners. We understood each other perfectly with our hands and gestures. The chef even stopped by briefly.

21/10/2025: Delicious restaurant! Super fresh fish and so much love and care in the dishes. We had two starters: mezza manica with octopus ragù and spaghetti with ink and cuttlefish... Each one better than the last! The owner is very kind and friendly and makes you feel at home. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

15/10/2025: The celebration for my daughter's wedding was held at Baglio Borgesati in September and I need to say that everything was simply wonderful. Great place, great atmosphere, perfect and super-professional service, great food. They took care of all details and nothing went wrong. All guests were happy and appreciated each little thing. A special thanks to Stefano, the head of the service for our wedding, who was simply unbelievable in making sure everything went well.

11/10/2025: I've been coming to Catania for work for five years, and Taverna del Grande Albero is a regular stop. First of all, I find quality and courtesy here, but above all, I feel like I'm at home. The owners have become like family to me. I GO TO FILIPPO'S, I say every time!!!! Always friendly, always hospitable, they never fail to chat with the customers, and I highly recommend it!! I've attached photos so you can fully understand my satisfaction. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture of the spectacular seafood appetizer!

21/10/2025: Palermo truly has some gastronomic gems within reach... and Verdechiaro is certainly one of them, a gem for those who love vegetarian and vegan cuisine, with creative dishes and the freshest ingredients. I'm not that lucky, and to go there—at least once a year, during the long-awaited holidays—we have to activate the usual plan: "organize the holiday in a certain way" to have a valid excuse to stop in Palermo, at Via Alessi 40! This year, the excuse was a wedding in Marsala. The location is always elegant, with attention to the smallest details. The dishes seemed even more refined and elaborate than usual: the "Umami" pasta dish, for example, deserves a special award. The staff is, as always, extremely kind and professional. We went with a couple of friends who couldn't help but confirm every word of enthusiasm we'd spent describing it. If we made such a great impression, it's all thanks to Verdechiaro. Thank you so much!

Great care was taken in selecting the ingredients, expertly balanced. A true delight for those who love good food, meticulously prepared and elegantly presented. The wine cellar is also excellent, with a wide, quality selection. The service is a strong point: the staff is extremely kind, attentive, and always available. They accommodated us in every way, making lunch even more enjoyable. ✅ If you're in Palermo, you can't miss this magnificent gastronomic experience. Highly recommended!

29/08/2025: We chose this restaurant from among the many in Ortigia and were delighted with the quality and deliciousness of the ingredients, and therefore the dishes. The caponata was excellent, truly excellent, with a very unique recipe: raisins and pine nuts in a triumph of Sicilian style. The staff, consisting of two sisters in the dining room (the third in the kitchen), is very friendly and approachable. They make you feel at home and offer plenty of advice. The fish is fresh. We have some concerns about the desserts, which look beautiful but are actually quite lacking, and the surrounding atmosphere (we practically ate dinner on the sidewalk). Overall, a highly recommended option for lunch or dinner on the beautiful island of Ortigia.

26/08/2025: We arrived at 7:00 PM (opening time) and found it closed. We waited until 7:30 PM, and it remained closed. No, it wasn't their closing day. I would have liked to rate it for the food 🤷🏻‍♀️

03/10/2025: What can I say, the environment is already a pampering, you feel at home, for those who love meat it is the ideal restaurant but also vegetarians will have alternatives, even though I am, I could not resist the smell of roast and I wanted to eat the chops 🤣, abundant dishes, excellent first courses, side dishes and second courses, the owners Carmelo and Angela and the staff are a love!
