06/08/2024: A superlative dinner Extraordinary food...from appetizers to desserts, every course sublime...even as a celiac I didn't have to give up anything and I was able to taste the wonders of their cuisine given the many gluten-free options...a rich and original menu rooted in tradition but with that special touch of innovation from the chef..elegant and welcoming location enhanced by the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff..the owners, Antonella and Paolo, delightful and attentive to every detail..I was struck by the extreme cleanliness of the rooms too. service..HIGHLY RECOMMENDED…we will be back soon..I believe that in Palermo there are few places at this level..

26/08/2024: Personale gentilissimo, attento alle problematiche quali la celiachia ma, lento e con problematiche di mancanze in cucina ( non abbiamo potuto ordinare ad esempio i primi ,eravamo in 7 alle 13:15, perché non c'è ne era per tutti) cibo scarso e di qualità dozzinale : qualche assaggino di antipasto e dei pezzetti di carne ,una bottiglia di vino ,acqua e 3 dolci : 45 euro a persona! Ah scusate 3 caffè... Il borgo merita una visita ! Daniela

26/10/2024: Spinti dalla voglia di mangiare nuovamente la salsiccia tipica, buonissima, di Palazzolo ci siamo trovati in questo bel locale in centro. Ambiente caldo e ben curato, gentilezza da parte della proprietà come da proverbi siciliani, cibo assolutamente genuino e dai sapori che portano indietro all’infanzia. Abbiamo preso un antipasto della casa con qualche piccolo rinforzo di arrosticini di cacvallo e parmigiana di melanzane che niente aveva da invidiare a quella delle nostre mamme e nonne. “Cavati” al sugo di maiale e salsiccia di Palazzolo innaffiati da un vino locale che ovviamente non poteva che essere che un mero d’abola ingentilito da un po’ di frappato ed ecco che le emozioni sono esplose tutte insieme. Torneremo senz’altro per provare anche tutto il resto del menù che ci chiamava insistentemente. Complimenti ancora alla gestione e alla qualità dei cibi.

01/10/2024: We have eaten at this cozy restaurant three times and each time it was a fabulous experience made only better by the extreme kindness and professionalism of the family who owns it. Santo is a fabulous host, and his brother and mother cook delicious, unpretentious Sicilian food. The flavors are those of home and the quantities are extremely generous. Do not miss the antipasto which includes about 12 different things, among them a stuffed deep fried egg and a potato croquette that are truly fantastic. All the pastas we have tried have been excellent and the sweet ricotta cassatelle for dessert are out of this world. This is a gem of a restaurant so don't miss it if you are in the area.

22/07/2024: Finally a restaurant that serves fresh, non-frozen fish. I made a reservation for a dinner for two people. We had a mussel soup, bigoli alla scoglio and pistachio scampi and prawn packets. All very good, a final "shoe". Considering that we also bought a bottle of Charme and some bitters, we spent €35 each, so fair prices. The two guys who served us were very kind and courteous. We will definitely be back!

17/07/2024: Amazing grilled tuna and lemon sea bass. Their orange salad was excellent and the roasted veggies perfect. Overall it was an excellent meal and very very generous portions. Highly recommend!!

22/08/2024: ABSOLUTELY MUST GO! The cannoli are nothing short of amazing, low in sugar and very tasty. There are small, medium and even large ones (the largest one costs only 3 EURO) We were also welcomed with a glass of marsala offered by the very kind girl who served us If you want to have breakfast it is perfect because it has a counter, coffee and bathroom. ✅: product quality, service, friendliness, price. ❌: NONE

18/08/2024: Exceptional treatment, even though we are tourists, they have made a great effort to understand us, they have even given us a cream Genovese to try. Ricotta cannoli are abundant and at a very good price. Totally recommended.

12/08/2024: A simple canteen type shop that has very good service (they also know English) and with nice products for breakfast whether omelette or croissant. Everything you need for breakfast or coffee. I would like to try it again.

But if you don't like proposals for tourists in the midst of infernal gangs and instead you are looking for elegance, research and passion you cannot fail to go to the Triscele restaurant. A very high level proposal and an attentive and precise staff in the beautiful setting of Cefalù. Your palate will find ample satisfaction whether you are a lover of meat, fish or a vegetarian. I absolutely recommend booking in advance

22/08/2024: Opinions are significantly overstated. While the staff was very polite and nice, and the atmosphere was good, we left this restaurant hungry - so much so that we needed to go for a second dinner. The portions are microscopically small and if you don't take appetizers, first and second courses and dessert, there is no chance that you will be full. I would understand the idea of ​​this "exquisite" restaurant if the dishes were outstanding. But unfortunately they weren't. They were just good - and SMALL.

22/08/2024: Good place, excellent sandwiches, but consuming on site is not very pleasant, especially in the evening, there are few tables and many people, people tend to consume very slowly and occupy the tables for too long, often they are also dirty. Chaotic and inconvenient consumption, if you can avoid consuming on site at the busiest times it is an excellent kiosk.

16/08/2024: Very popular, offering local plates, well executed and serviced. An interesting list of local wines, very narrow choices by the glass. We enjoyed our food except the calamari on a bed of sweet onions, but maybe just because of our personal taste.
