Gastronomic masterpiece in a unique setting.

We visited to celebrate my wife's birthday. Thank you for preparing a simple birthday gift for us despite your busy schedule. I have been to many Michelin-starred restaurants, but the food was delicious, and the service here was truly warm. If you visit Ragusa, Sicily, I highly recommend experiencing this. My husband, our four-year-old daughter, and I experienced a moment of moving beauty: every minute detail, every extraordinary dish, the excellence of the staff, the beauty of the location—everything made these hours totally immersive, even though we had a small child with us to entertain! Speaking of which, Chef Candiano, endowed with the qualities of great men: gentleness and humility, led our daughter hand in hand into the kitchen, introducing her to the entire team and presenting her with the Chef's hat! Not only that, they also gave us the opportunity to tour the wonderful wine cellar. We were positively stunned by everything: it was truly a magical experience! Thank you so much. A 5-star experience...everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail...from the welcome to the service, not to mention the food. The manager, who, in addition to speaking more than three languages, has an extraordinary way of entertaining guests, almost as if they were already guests of the establishment...the sommelier, a pleasure to listen to, and if you're lucky enough to visit the cellar with him, the stars increase to 6...everything was perfect.
