Having first visited the restaurant 7 years ago, I still recalled the chef’s mastery of deep and flavorful sauces. I thoroughly enjoyed the handmade tagliolini with free-range chicken leg ragout and the braised pork belly with salty nougat. The service team is professional and shows great enthusiasm

The one restaurant NOT to be missed by foodies in Ragusa. Forget about others ( we tried the other Michelin * locally. Big disappointment)
- The venue is exceptional. Deco and ambience are beautiful, memorable and unique.
- the food is incredibly creative, refined. The association of tastes, textures, colours is magical, always balanced though all ingredients are sublimed. The presentation is artistic, sober, classy.
- the service is admirable : attentive, cheerful, caring, obviously « they believe in what they do », though discreet and always helpful.
- the wine cellar is a marvel. The wine pairing is excellent though reasonable.
Surely one of the best ( if not The best) fine dining restaurants in Sicily ( after dining at 15 out of 22 Michelin * restaurants).

Great food and good service, we really had a lovely and tasty dinner, enjoying every single plate. I don't like the set up and the formal wedding style of the tables but that's down to my own tastes. I would also add it's pricey, but again, good dinner. Would be nice to have more people at a restaurant

A "UNIQUE" experience from the moment you enter this restaurant carved into the rock to the moment you arrive at dinner. The dishes are a feast for the eyes, perfection in every single course, intense yet never overpowering flavors, everything perfectly measured.
Compliments to all the staff and the chef who came to meet you at the table.
They also graciously invited us to visit their wine cellar, the most important in Sicily, a magical place.
The sommelier explained part of the history of the restaurant and cellar.
Excellent, professional, an experience not to be missed. Congratulations again...
