A great experience, dinner with friends at this lovely restaurant in the heart of Cagliari. Dishes are freshly prepared by a talented young chef using excellent ingredients. The desserts are also top-notch! The young owners are very kind and welcoming. They also have outdoor seating. Highly recommended!

We stopped to eat at Cavó Bistrot almost by chance, but we were completely satisfied. The staff is very courteous and attentive to their customers' needs. I'm celiac, and at this restaurant I found excellent food and special attention to my needs. Highly recommended.

22/04/2026: We booked this restaurant based on the excellent reviews and were not disappointed. The very kind chef offered us a truly excellent all-fish menu. He prepared hot and cold appetizers, followed by calamarata, and for the shared main course, a truly delicious sea bass with artichokes. The fried sweets filled with sheep's milk ricotta were delicious, as per Sardinian tradition. The house white wine from a local producer was excellent. The bill was €55 per person.
