After sampling it extensively over the years, I can say without hesitation that the quality here is superior: incredibly fresh fish, balanced flavors, and meticulous attention to detail. The service is simply excellent. Daniela, the owner, is a tireless worker who manages to exude warmth and hospitality at all times, making every customer feel truly welcome. The atmosphere is relaxing, refined, and perfect for enjoying a quiet meal, while the service is always attentive and professional. In short: highly recommended! If you're in Olbia and want to eat quality sushi, you can't miss this place.

14/05/2026: A really cool little pizzeria in Santa Teresa. You can order individual slices, giving you the chance to try something different. They also have some unusual varieties, and it's really affordable. The staff was very friendly and patient and happy to explain what kind of pizza it was. A great place that's worth visiting if you're in Santa Teresa. Seating is limited, but we got our pizza to go and ate it up by the tower.

23/06/2026: If you're looking for good pizza in Orosei, I'd say this is the place! The pizza is generously topped with a light, fragrant crust. Fast, attentive service, and a complimentary liqueur/digestive liqueur to finish.

A haven of pure peace where the scents of the surrounding nature still fill the air, where people welcome you like family, and where you're surprisingly surrounded by culture as well as beauty. Excellent food (a delicious vegan menu made especially for me despite there being so many of us), impeccable hospitality, spacious rooms. A stop not only recommended but a must if you want a rejuvenating stay for body and soul!

01/05/2026: Wonderful place. Delicious food, and lots of it. Beautiful and clean rooms. Fantastic, helpful, and highly knowledgeable staff. The excursion was beautiful, and it was a real pleasure to listen to the owner's stories and explanations. The visit to the diorama museum was also very interesting, and again, everything was explained to us in a thorough and entertaining way by the guide, the owner's daughter. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a day or a weekend in nature, enjoying good food, and relaxing.

12/07/2026: Tonight I tried the sheep burger: it was so good I can't find the words to describe it. One of those flavors that lingers in your memory. Not to mention the beer that went with it...

24/05/2026: The food was very well prepared; we ordered pasta, which was cooked to perfection, and octopus with a special sauce—everything was exquisite. Small portions and quite expensive prices. The place is lovely, with a small terrace on the second floor. Food is served on the first floor, and they are very accommodating for people with mobility issues. There is a wine cellar on the ground floor. The waitress was friendly and courteous, and we didn't have to wait long for our food, although the restaurant was practically empty, which is unusual for the area and for it being a Sunday.

Tucked away in the historic centre of Alghero, it offers a warm, elegant setting that feels both intimate and special. The highlight is the beautiful small roof terrace, a secluded spot with a glass‑sectioned floor that gives the space a unique charm and a sense of lightness above the old town. The service was impeccable — attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable, and genuinely proud of the food they serve. This echoes what so many reviewers mention: a team that elevates the experience through professionalism and warmth. The food itself was exceptional, with the same precision and creativity that diners consistently praise online. We had Essence of the Sea (Lightly smoked roasted octopus, cream potatoes, sea essence, crunchy celery, black olives, sesame and juniper shade), a beautifully balanced dish - tender octopus with subtle smokiness, lifted by the freshness of celery and the depth of the juniper; and Juniper Shade (Beef fillet, caramelised red onion, salad with mustard dressing, juniper marrow jus). Perfectly cooked, rich and aromatic, with the juniper marrow jus adding a luxurious depth. Across both courses, the flavours were clean, confident, and thoughtfully composed - exactly the kind of cooking that earns Al Tuguri its reputation as one of Alghero’s standout dining destinations.
