I Grani In Nuoro

A lovely restaurant in the center of Nuoro. The decor is antique, with exposed stonework on the walls. The atmosphere is very cozy and homely. The food is okay, but I'd need another try. Everything is good, but not exceptional. The olive oil and wine are up to par. I'd definitely recommend trying it if you're in the area.

We had a delightful time at this bistro-restaurant, following the recommendation of the Michelin Green Guide. The menu is comprehensive yet easy to navigate, and the daily specials are excellent, featuring local and seasonal produce. The prices are very reasonable; you can go there without hesitation!

A very authentic place with a lovely atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the service is good, and overall the place leaves a good impression. Unfortunately, the food wasn't very tasty, but the dessert and coffee were simply fantastic.

A truly memorable experience, from every perspective. We began with a fresh sea bream fillet, served on a delicate bed of white beans (probably cannellini beans), accompanied by a creamy carrot soup with potatoes and diced vegetables: a balanced, refined, and richly nuanced dish. This was followed by a warm and enveloping Gallura soup casserole, and surprising red lentil meatballs, enhanced by the sweetness of caramelized onions and the freshness of spinach: an original and perfectly balanced dish. The finale was simply special: an apple dessert with a delicate cream, dried fruit crumble, and cinnamon-scented apple pieces, capping off the meal with elegance and character. But what truly makes this restaurant unique is the service: professional, attentive, and never intrusive. We were accompanied with discretion and expertise throughout, something increasingly rare and precious.

Absolutely the best food in Nuoro!!! Lovely family ambiance and kind staff. I wanna go back. I ate here twice a day when staying in Nuoro because it was the best.

If you come to Nuoro, a stop at I Grani is a must. Here you feel pampered and spoiled, and you truly have the opportunity to experience exquisite flavors. Always. Unfortunately, I come less often than usual, but when I'm here, I feel at home. Thank you ❤️
