28/02/2026: I'll start by saying I've never written a review, but yesterday at lunch I was shocked by this place, considering I went to hotel management school and worked in the industry! The guidelines are: "knowledge, know-how, and know-how," and unfortunately there wasn't even one!! Especially from the owner, who is incredibly arrogant! There were three of us, and I asked the waiter if it was possible to have three different starters, given that it's a "restaurant" with not-so-cheap prices, and the guy told me it wasn't possible. I immediately understood, and we ordered two plates of tagliolini with lobster and a risotto... the waiter tried everything he could to keep me from getting the risotto, repeating that I'd have to wait 25 minutes (which is also the waiting time for the other dishes), but despite this, I chose the risotto, and he repeated that maybe I didn't understand that it takes 25 minutes 😱, to which I, in an annoyed tone, said that I understood perfectly! He goes to the kitchen, poor thing, and shortly after the owner approaches the table saying that it is not possible to make only one portion of risotto (16 euro dish) and I tell him that it was enough to be clear from the beginning without continuing to repeat that it takes 25 minutes and the owner says that in reality it takes 30🤦‍♀️ and says: "the waiter has been here for two days, what should I do, should I fire him?" 😱😱😱 I mean instead of apologizing for what happened, you talk to me like that about the waiter? ? Crazy stuff!!! In the end I ordered a plate of spaghetti with mussels that I didn't want... when the first courses arrived, while I was eating, I could smell a raw smell coming from the plate🤮... we also ordered a tasteless fried food (20 euros). In short, 97 euros total and luckily we only ordered water, 3 first courses and a fried food... I strongly advise against it!!

04/03/2026: Disappointing in every way. The staff are terrible, and the dining environment is a nightmare. The ingredients are of extremely low quality, and the result is a terrible pizza. We spent a lot to be disappointed. We'll never go back.

18/02/2026: Excellent value for money. The pizza is delicious, thin crust, and flavorful. I had the whole-grain crust, which was truly delicious. The pizza was well-topped and very large.

23/08/2025: I went to have breakfast... I asked for an espresso and a croissant. There was no one in the bar... the barista thought I wouldn't notice, so she heated the milk, put it in the glass, and stained it with the coffee she had aside. I said, "Excuse me, I didn't hear the sound of the coffee machine arm when it's making..." He said, "No." I had just made it for myself... we all know how to make espresso. After paying, I didn't drink, and I told him, "Drink it, don't make fun of me." I acted like a gentleman and left. "Shame on you... after what it costs."

16/08/2025: Don't order through Glovo because if the courier doesn't find the address immediately and Glovo cancels the order, the restaurant won't bother finding a solution, and they'll have no problem leaving you without dinner. I called them to inform them of the problem and clearly complain, and they said, "We can't do anything about it; it's not our problem; you should call Glovo." I'm not a restaurant owner, but in their place, I would have kindly asked the customer to pick up the order and offered a discount for their next order directly at the restaurant. Or, if you think a discount could ruin your business, at least be professional and show empathy and respect toward those who chose you!

08/09/2025: This gelateria never disappoints me! They offer so many flavors, some classic and some more unusual, all very good. I personally love the 70% dark chocolate, peanut, and caramel. A nice touch is adding whipped cream on top, which makes the gelato even more delicious. The gelateria is located right in front of a spacious square, with plenty of benches where you can sit comfortably and enjoy your gelato in peace. The only small flaw is that, when it's crowded, the line moves a little slowly compared to other gelaterias. Despite this, it's always worth the wait, because the quality of the gelato makes up for it!

04/10/2025: Takeout is available, but you can also eat in. The dining room is truly unique, beautiful and quaint. Interesting dishes are served, including homemade processed foods you can purchase. Friendly and helpful service.

14/09/2025: The restaurant is a jewel nestled in the natural setting of the Alta Murgia, where the flavors of the land and sea are expertly prepared and plated, creating one of the most evocative culinary and visual experiences in the area. The staff is attentive and courteous.

05/09/2025: Villa Pietra del Nisco is a location where Chef Tommaso and his family staff, with their professionalism and courtesy, make any event refined and elegant... excellent raw materials, excellent food quality and price ratio, to return for any occasion from weddings to simple pizza.... what else to say... it's my favorite restaurant... try it... thank you for what you do for your customers...🤩🤩🤩

14/07/2025: Good morning, we came here to pick up some focaccia and take it to our friends in Emilia. I'd say the staff is completely disjointed, everyone doing what they want without communicating with each other. We waited and they didn't even notice our presence. When it was our turn, they asked us if we had ordered focaccia. I wonder if a bakery doesn't have focaccia ready on a Monday. With great disdain and detachment, we left without a response. To forget!

10/08/2025: The pizza was good (the dough was excellent, but I recommend the pizza chef use a less "watery" mozzarella). Maybe it's time to adjust the air conditioning (if you end up under the vents, you'll catch a cold).

22/06/2025: I had a good time, I ate very well, I was pampered by the chef Roberto, and the dining room service was more than kind and hospitable, I recommend it!!!

11/06/2025: Original and welcoming pub; highly professional staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I was there last night: dear Friend Michele (an exceptional pizza chef) delighted us with a kilo of rib steak that tasted like butter. Culinary spectacle
