Il turista ci va una sola volta e basta, uno del posto o che abita in un paese vicino sicuro non ci ritorna..per carità il panino col capocollo, burrata e pomodoro secco era davvero buonissimo..ma troppo alto il prezzo per un panino.

04/08/2025: A very pleasant surprise...like from a movie...you plan something, and the weather ruins it. Coincidence will bring you to this Pizzeria and you will be happy. Nice service, and pizza 5⭐️. We thank fate very much, and pizzeria IL COVO. And their pizza "Speziale" is delicious.

29/07/2025: Una pizza di maleducazione, farcita con spocchia e cotta nell’incompetenza Arriviamo, ordiniamo, aspettiamo. Fin qui tutto nella (lenta) norma. Ma quando, dopo mezz’ora, arrivano le pizze… ne manca una. Faccio subito presente alla cameriera che ce n’è una in meno. Mi dice che la fa arrivare. Bene. Torno al tavolo. Passano altri 10 minuti, e arriva un’altra cameriera – visibilmente infastidita come se le avessimo rovinato il turno – che ci scarica addosso un “potevate dirlo che mancava una pizza”. Gentilmente le faccio presente che lo avevamo già detto, ma all’altra cameriera. Risposta? “Dovevate dirlo a me”. Certo. D’ora in poi porterò con me un organigramma del locale, così so a chi rivolgermi in base alla gerarchia del disservizio. Parte un battibecco. Lei delirante: “Tutti i clienti mi amano”, seguita da un’accusa grottesca: “Lei si sta atteggiando”, e poi il gran finale: “Se non le sta bene vada in un’altra pizzeria”. Una risposta che grida “manuale dell’anti-ristorazione”, capitolo 1: come perdere clienti in 10 secondi. Le faccio notare (con fermezza, lo ammetto) che non sa lavorare e che il suo atteggiamento è maleducato, arrogante e fuori luogo. Alla cassa espongo la situazione alla titolare, che si scusa e promette provvedimenti. Bene, penso. Peccato che a fine serata, quando paghiamo, la stessa titolare ci liquida senza nemmeno un “buonasera” o un “arrivederci”. Riassunto dell’esperienza: – Servizio lento e disorganizzato – Staff spocchioso e maleducato – Nessun senso di responsabilità – Zero cultura dell’accoglienza – Titolare assente (di spirito, anche quando è presente di persona) Un consiglio? Se volete mangiare una pizza senza dovervi sorbire lezioni di narcisismo da camerieri convinti di essere in un reality show… cambiate strada. Io sicuramente non ci metterò mai più piede. E a chi “tutti i clienti la amano”: be’, ora ne ha perso almeno uno.

16/08/2025: My partner and I had lunch yesterday at Biancospino, the best seafood restaurant in Altamura in our opinion. Despite it being a busy holiday, the owner took the time to welcome us during lunch and ensure everything was up to expectations. We had a seafood appetizer (excellent), an excellent first course, a glass of rosé, and a good dessert. Everything was excellent, with prices in line with the market. We'll be back soon! Thank you so much, also for the discount on the bill, which is rare these days.

15/08/2025: Terrible, big scammers, congratulations! The food was good, but the service was terrible, with incorrect orders and long wait times. The waiters repeatedly brought the wrong dishes and got the orders wrong. The surprise was that the bill ended up with the wrong extra dishes added. Furthermore, the prices of the individual dishes were insane compared to what was listed on the menu. I'm attaching a photo of the receipt for a single salmon dish, €25. The menu showed the price at half price, as did all the other prices. When I pointed out the error on the receipt, the owner responded with great arrogance and rudeness. I do not recommend!

17/07/2025: Stasera mi sono recato al bar con degli amici. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile aiutandoci ad avvicinare i tavoli per far si che tutti noi stessimo insieme. Dopo poco tempo un membro dello staff è venuto subito a prendere la comanda facendoci sentire a nostro agio e scherzando insieme a noi, rendendo così il proprio lavoro una passione e un occasione di socializzazione anziché dimostrare straziamento nei nostri confronti. Dopo poco sono arrivati i cornetti, devo dire tutti buoni, ma uno di essi era troppo caldo direi quasi incandescente, impossibile da mangiare e gustare. Nonostante ciò servizio ottimo e staff simpaticissimo. Oltre i cornetti anche le bevande erano perfette e molto piacevoli da bere. La qualità prezzo è eccezionale prezzi bassi per prodotti di alta qualità. Sicuramente un posto da non abbandonare mai. Essendo un cliente quasi fisso so che cio che è accaduto è stato un errore e che non ricapiterà più perché non è mai successo

08/06/2025: L’accueil du propriétaire semble froide au premier contact. Par la suite il est plutôt amicale mais ne communique qu’en italien. Les plats de pâtes doivent être commandé en duo ce qui est contraignant. Par contre le plat de pâtes choisi « pasta Fresca alla cardinale » était bon, généreux, goûteux mais un peu trop salé. Tandis que le plat de viandes varier était très bon en particulier la saucisse. Pour dessert, deux morceaux de gâteau maison qui a notre avis, au prix de 2€, était plus que délicieux. Bref, 2 plats de pâtes, 1 plat de viandes grillé, 1 litre de vin maison et 2 morceaux de gâteau pour 46€. Très satisfait mais ne vous attendez pas à de la grande classe, juste de la bonne nourriture.

13/04/2025: Oggi domenica delle Palme pranzo in famiglia all'osteria delle travi a bari vecchia. Devo dire che ci mancavo da un paio di anni. Ho trovato la solita cordialità del proprietario sempre disponibile e gentile. Altrettanto dicasi per tutto lo staff dei camerieri. Per quanto riguarda il cibo sempre di qualità con pesce freschissimo e cotto, in particolare la frittura, in maniera eccellente. Le porzioni abbondanti. Quindi un sentito grazie per tutto. 04/09/2025: A very positive experience, the paccheri and sea bass were truly delicious. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful, even when we ordered takeout (they even gave us free bread and tarallini). In short, good, high-quality food and very friendly staff.
