Really good sushi, friendly staff, and fairly fast service despite the crowds. Very nice place.

I visited this restaurant with my family for the first time. Finding parking wasn't easy, but as soon as we entered we were greeted warmly. At first glance, the place made a good impression: spacious, well-kept, and clearly recently opened. Our table was in a room with mirrored walls that didn't look too sharp, a detail I appreciated. To order, we used the QR code and filled out the order with pen and paper. I really appreciated the fact that, after taking the order, the waiter left a copy of the order at the table. However, there were some lapses during service: one dish never arrived, while others were brought to us by mistake and then sent back. For another dish, we had to request service because it hadn't been delivered. Overall, the service was good and quick, but not impeccable. The sashimi and tartare were very good. Compared to other similar restaurants, however, the scampi, raw shrimp, and oysters were missing. The restaurant's real strength is the rolls, which are truly well-made. The grilled shrimp are also excellent. The first courses and some second courses are weaker, however: I found the first courses, in particular, to be lacking in flavor. The bill is on the high side. I'd need a few more reasons to return.

Five stars for the staff, pretty good sushi

The place itself is aesthetically pleasing, the seats are comfortable, and perhaps the only negative is the tight space between some of the sofas. As for the food, this place offers a decent variety of sushi, including some truly original ones. The menu isn't overly extensive and the quality is good, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The service is quick and very accurate, though the prices are a bit high in my opinion. Another negative is the bathroom, as during my visit, one of the sinks wasn't perfectly centered over the plate, so the water would spill out, potentially wetting everything.

Nice atmosphere, efficient staff. The only flaw: the food is bland. I've been to many Japanese restaurants, but this one didn't satisfy me. It felt like I was eating the same thing over and over again. It seemed like they didn't add any condiments.
