01/04/2026: The cafeteria staff was rude to say the least.... A young girl laughing and taunting a customer as if they were friends... P.S. With the 2 euros I gave her, we could buy some manners. So the problem wasn't a bottle of water... never see you again.

04/04/2026: As they say these days: the location. A stunning terrace, tucked between the houses, overlooking the lake, bathed in the sun. Very good dishes: creamy risotto, grilled octopus, and an excellent warm seafood salad. Impeccable and pleasantly empathetic service.

22/03/2026: It pains me to say this, but it was a very disappointing first time at Burp. The location is very urban and cute... Poor quality food, especially the burgers...excessive prices for small, tasteless sandwiches, and served without fries...plus, my burger was cold. The service was incredibly slow, which is a shame, because the staff are good and kind, but the wait was really too long. The desserts were a real disappointment, a steal... the cheesecake tasted like ice cream, €6...very small... I don't recommend it, nor will I return. It's a shame, especially because I'd heard good things about it.

13/01/2026: The restaurant is nestled in some truly beautiful grottos. Delicious dishes, always helpful staff. Prices are reasonable. Among other dishes, we ordered a delicious first course: cavatellini with yellow cherry tomato sauce, pezzente sausage (typical sausage), and cardoncelli mushrooms. Excellent.

13/01/2026: I'd been wanting to dine at this restaurant for a while, and finally, in early January, I did. The location is simply fantastic; dining 18 meters underground is truly unique. Despite the excellent quality of the ingredients and the simply prepared dishes that make you savor every single ingredient with every bite, I was quite disappointed. From a location like this, you expect more. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired; the staff isn't very well trained; they lack the basics. They can't bring out the main appetizers and forget about individual dishes; they can't wait for water after having already requested it several times; and they can't give you a menu from which you can't order almost anything because it's winter and that's a summer menu. These are just some of the issues we encountered. All in all, among the staff, we found a young man who tried to resolve the various issues. Expectations were very high. I'm sorry to write this review, but I hope it helps us improve. I think with a few extra tricks, you can truly become the best. Ahhhhh, I forgot about the Milanese placemats, NOOOOOO.

12/02/2026: The staff was inactive. I asked for an ice cream with double cream and a pistachio and coffee flavor. They gave me pistachio and hazelnut flavor and no cream. I was very disappointed. They also made us wait a long time before ordering.

21/03/2026: We booked a table for eight on Saturday, and despite the crowds, we received excellent service, with prompt service between courses. I recommend trying the fried fish, as well as the various appetizers, which are delicious and reasonably priced.
