Welcoming place Relaxing music Sushi Gio: the best dish, followed by the rolls (especially the trio of tuna rolls). The nigiri are good, but not exceptional and small (especially the red shrimp and sea urchin ones) considering the price. The miso soup is very salty. Nothing like the miso soup you eat in Japan in terms of flavor and texture. Yaki soba and hosomaki are tasty and delicate; excellent quality. The quality of the oil is seriously low and doesn't reflect the high standards and price of the place; being in Puglia, one expects excellent quality oil; otherwise, it would be better not to use it at all to avoid muddying the flavors of the dishes.

14/03/2026: Fabulous, wonderful, fantastic, a heavenly restaurant. Everything was delicious and presented with unique elegance. Perhaps the best restaurant I've ever eaten at. Affordable and spotlessly clean.
13/03/2026: The best sushi in Bari! Everything is truly excellent: top-quality fish and expertly cooked rice. The Yaki Udon with turnips and clams is amazing and super creamy. The flavors are perfectly balanced: the turnips don't overpower the flavor of the clams (which are incredibly fresh), and vice versa; every bite is an incredible explosion of flavor. After an assortment of 24 rolls, each one better than the last, we were so impressed that we ordered two more: one with salmon and avocado, incredibly fresh, and the Tomato Roll, which turned out to be the best ever. A flavor combination I absolutely recommend! The staff is super friendly, attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is relaxing, perfect for enjoying a top-quality dinner. Absolutely unmissable!
