What can I say: delicious and very fresh fish!! The menu is so varied that you have to come back to try other dishes!

Excellent Japanese cuisine restaurant in Bitonto! I went to this restaurant the last time I was home around September 2023, a really nice place, small and welcoming, wide choice of dishes and wines. We shared several dishes, the highlight is really the rolls, good and tasty, with particular flavours. Without exaggerating with the food we spent 150 for 4 people, certainly a lot but when it comes to eating mostly raw fish it is better to be on the safe side and spend a little more, I will definitely go back!

sicuramente una certezza se vuoi mangiare del buon sushi e non solo. ottimi vini, pesce fresco, bella atmosfera (sopratutto al piano superiore se volete un ambiente più soft e riservato), personale gentilissimo. piatti forti sicuramente, per gli amanti dei pistacchi, da provare assolutamente sono gli udon con gamberetti pesce e crema di pistacchi, i ravioli di wagyu con tartufo e il tataki di tonno sempre con salsa ai pistacchi (anche se l’ultima volta ci ha un po delusi, non era come in foto, ma completamente diverso) consiglio vivamente. vi consiglio anche di prenotare qualche giorno prima.
