I was here for dinner. The food was truly delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bill was less expensive than I expected, so it's top.

Lots of substance but little form. Excellent and plentiful meat. Perfectly cooked. The place is very rustic; you eat on plastic chairs, and it's quite noisy, considering they put on a megaphone show halfway through the evening. The food is good, it's not expensive, but you shouldn't expect to eat at a fancy restaurant.

Last night I went to La Brace della Macellaia in Sammichele di Bari with five other colleagues, and the experience was impeccable in every way. We were looking for a place that combined quality ingredients with traditional Apulian hospitality, and we couldn't have made a better choice. Highlights of the evening: The Meat: The absolute star, of course, was the Zampina. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful, it won over everyone. Even the cuts of meat selected from the counter were exceptionally tender, a sign of careful selection and perfect aging. Service and Atmosphere: Despite being a group of six, the service was quick and organized. The staff was extremely friendly, managing the evening with a smile and immediately putting us at ease. The atmosphere is authentic and warm, perfect for unwinding after work. Value for Money: We were all pleasantly surprised by the balance between the extremely high quality of the food and the absolutely fair final bill. In short, it's the ideal destination for those who want to enjoy authentic "fornello pronto" in good company. A special thanks to all the staff for making our company dinner a moment of true culinary pleasure. We'll definitely be back!
