07/05/2025: IL SAGITTARIO, l’unico vero classico ristorante di Polignano a Mare, uno di quelli che ormai non esistono quasi più nelle località turistiche ma che, per fortuna, è riuscito a resistere negli anni grazie alla sua capacità di adeguarsi, evolversi ed adattarsi ai tempi restando sempre ancorato alla tradizione… Nato come un ristorante a 360 gradi (carne, pesce, pizza), oggi ha inclinato la barra del timone leggermente verso un menù di mare con una scelta vastissima ma, conservando comunque le “certezze” che lo hanno reso noto nel tempo come dei primi stupendi ed abbondanti o come le bistecche che potete ammirare in foto o delle ottime pizze (stile barese). Uno dei pochissimi locali di Polignano che sono riusciti a mantenere i prezzi ad un livello accettabile, anzi onesto, rimanendo punto di riferimento per tante famiglie e grandi (e piccole) tavolate di Amici. Super Consigliato!

02/04/2025: Per festeggiare la festa delle nostre ladies, siamo stati a pranzo presso il rinomato ristorante di Polignano a Mare "Il Sagittario". Tutto molto buono, portate extra ed un ringraziamento al sig. Domenico titolare del ristorante per aver esaudito le nostre richieste con piatti che non erano inseriti nel menù. Alla prossima!

06/06/2025: Iniziamo dal servizio: è chiaro che in cucina imprevisti o contrattempi possono accadere, ma far uscire piatti a singhiozzo, costringendo ognuno a mangiare per conto proprio, senza che nessuno dello staff abbia mai cercato di gestire il problema, anticipando semplicemente delle scuse o premurandosi di verificare in cucina lo status dei piatti, non ci è affatto piaciuto. Per quando riguarda il cibo, crudo di mare gustoso (a parte i ricci totalmente senza sapore), antipasti di pesce caldi nulla di che (sushi freddissimo), risotto ai frutti di mare slegato e insipido (buone le vongole). Allo sbarazzo dei piatti, con ancora del cibo, nessuno che si sia preoccupato di chiedere il perché non avessimo gradito, se non altro per dimostrare attenzione verso il cliente e disponibilità a migliorarsi.

21/04/2025: Ancora una volta,oggi giorno di Pasquetta in Famiglia,il titolare con tutto lo staff,erano impegnati nel soddisfare le nostre richieste.Antipasti eccellenti,crudo di mare una bontà unica,due primi aragosta con le linguine,un risotto ai frutti di mare,poi delle verdure crude,due piatti di una croccante frittura di paranza Abbiamo completato il pranzo,con sorbetto,caffè,amaro è un dolce,tutti soddisfatti per la disponibilità,professionalità ma soprattutto per la serietà che il Sig.Donato,dedica a questo lavoro,come sempre grazie di tutto allo staff,quelli in sala è quelli in cucina,arrivederci alla prossima.Un saluto cordiale da Emanuele.

Another strong point is the excellent availability of parking 🅿️, which makes arrival comfortable and stress-free. Once seated, you are greeted by a pleasant and familiar atmosphere with a menu full of options. The pizza base follows different types of dough, from the classic base to the Neapolitan tradition, with a high and soft edge, but at the same time incredibly light. Even after enjoying a whole pizza, you don't feel weighed down. The takeaway service is well organized and perfect for those who want to enjoy an excellent pizza at home. On holidays and peak times, the wait could be a little longer, but this is only confirmation of the quality of the product: the pizza is so good that the demand is very high! Fixed stop at least once a week for me and my family who, despite having dozens of pizzerias along the route, always prefer only this one.
