One of the best focaccias I've ever eaten! For the dough he uses re-milled ancient grain flours and this makes the flavor different from the others and excellent. Furthermore, along with the classic one, it offers other delicacies such as stuffed focaccia, I took the parmigiana one and was left speechless. The prices aren't high either and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is the possibility of leaning on some tables to eat standing, both inside and outside. It's no coincidence that it has won numerous awards and recognitions, it's really good and I congratulate it!

Nei pressi della stazione Ho preso d asporto una focaccia e un panzerotto entrambi senza glutine ( 5.50€ ) . Tutto buono.

Very popular, and good variety of focaccia on offer. Slightly more expensive than others in Bari, but high quality and fresh. Has seating as well.

Ci si perde nella abbondanza della proposizione dal dolce al salato. Tutto di elevata qualità per la scelta della materia prima. Buonissimi i taray, le paste con Nutella e marmellata, focaccia anche farcita e pane di vari tipi e gusti. Prezzi medi

22/08/2023: Excellent venue. Friendly and quick staff We ordered a "skattata" with ascuant ricotta and a sandwich with burrata stuffed octopus, dried tomatoes and rocket. Very tasty products. Excellent prices.
09/08/2023: The octopus sandwich with burratina was Toritto's best discovery, the meat arancino and the lettuce, tomato and onion salad are also worth trying. They have tables outside where you can eat with table service. Prices are low and the staff is very courteous.

26/03/2024: Nice and very clean place. Friendly and efficient staff. The pizza I must say is objectively very good, one of the few places that doesn't define itself as "gourmet" just because it puts more than 2 ingredients on the pizza. It's very worth it, we will definitely be back. We ordered the cacio e pepe chips, excellent, plus they brought us a small complimentary appetizer (I added the photo) as far as pizzas are concerned, I highly recommend the Lucanian one, really excellent, my girlfriend instead took the Norwegian one, I'm not a lover of pizza with salmon but it was still very good, excellent dough and quality ingredients. We don't drink so I don't know what to tell you about beers. Congratulations and see you next time😉
