We had an incredibly delicious meal at Al Casale di Bitritto. We started with several delicious pastas as a starter, including the famous typical Barise pasta all’assassina. Highly recommended if you want to discover the local cuisine.
For the main course, I chose a sirloin steak, and it was surprisingly tasty. At just €12, the value for money was truly excellent.
Don't expect trendy or modern cuisine here, but rather authentic, traditional dishes prepared with care. And that is exactly what makes this place so special. A warm, cozy restaurant where you taste the true flavors of Puglia. We will gladly return again!

An ideal place for evenings with friends and important events. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is fast and very professional. Various appetizers and delicious pizzas. Also ideal for those who eat lactose-free and gluten-free.

I'm returning after years. The place is nice, the food is decent, but a little noisy due to the proximity of the tables. Overall, good.
The pizza is okay. The appetizers could be improved.
Parking isn't easy to find inside the building if it's crowded; it's a little limited. They'll give us about ten spots.

Really nice restaurant, simple and delicious food. We had meat panzerotti which was simply wonderful. We also ordered seafood fries, a good dish for lovers of the genre and a tomato pasta dish with sausage which was a great dish. The price is fair

The place is fairly basic, but clean. The food isn't particularly impressive; I wasn't thrilled. The appetizers, in particular, were fairly predictable. I didn't particularly enjoy the pizza (cooked in an electric oven), but it was delicious because it was cooked well. The service could be questioned, though I appreciate the willingness of the staff, who were polite nonetheless.
