The room is simply enchanting: elegant, meticulously designed, and perfectly set up to create a romantic and refined atmosphere. The organization was impeccable. The staff was professional, helpful, and attentive to our every request, making everything perfect. The floral arrangements, fairy lights, and illuminations in the courtyard contributed to creating a magical and unforgettable atmosphere. 12/10/2025: Nice, welcoming place, decent food, slightly high prices. An appetizer for two includes a small bowl of prosciutto, a small bowl of fried olives, a small bowl of mozzarella, a small bowl of parmigiana, and two slices of mortadella and salami. Two entrees of brasciole with tomato sauce and three small peppers are €54.

15/09/2025: If I could give this restaurant 20 stars each for food, service and atmosphere, I would. We were visiting during a local event and even though they didn’t have the space to accommodate us right away, we had just a short wait and they even stayed open to serve us. The food is off the charts incredible. Seriously. The BEST Italian food I’ve EVER had. The Polpetteria were unlike anything I’ve had before and I loved all the different varieties. The owner made sure that our party had PLENTY of food, kept bringing different things to try and it was all fantastic! I’m a fairly picky eater and I ate everything. The eggplant Parmesan was my favorite. I have had a lot of trouble finding it fresh where I live and this was like heaven. Overall I HIGHLY recommend this hidden gem discreetly tucked away in the heart of Corato. It’ll be the first restaurant (and I’ll definitely be back multiple times on my next trip) I visit on my return. Thank you for an incredible experience and for your hospitality La Polpetteria! Also I put down moderate noise because we were a little loud and had a lot of fun. It’s possibly a lot quieter when you don’t have a big group of hungry filmmakers in there :)

06/10/2025: To gain entry, you need to call the number provided at the entrance (then you'll receive your keys). From the outside, the castle looks rather eerie – a neglected parking lot and garden area. Inside, there's a striking smell from the oils on display. The first impression is poor, but the staff are friendly and helpful. It's very clean, with thorough cleaning daily, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. Ample free parking. Comfortable beds! We were surprised by the "packed lunch" instead of the typical continental breakfast, but that's probably just a matter of getting used to it. Overall, despite the average first impression, our multi-day stay turned out to be very pleasant.

30/10/2025: Everything was spectacular. In a hidden restaurant, a must-find, we sampled excellent raw ham and a delicious first course. The fried fish and dessert tiramisu were outstanding. To finish the meal, we enjoyed chestnuts and tangerines. The welcome and service were excellent. Highly recommended.

15/09/2025: Themed, well-kept, and spacious atmosphere. You can also enjoy board games to while away the evening after dinner. As for dinner, the extensive menu caters to all tastes. Pizzas, sandwiches, piadinas, salads, and main courses are all good quality and generous in quantity.

15/09/2025: In the center, adjacent to the square and near the municipal park, in an excellent central location. A unique medieval-style restaurant. Artù's platter is very good: tasty and tender arrosticini, delicious bean and potato soup with mortadella, excellent sgagliozze with stracciatella and walnuts, excellent Gravina football with good honey, and finally the tasty but perhaps a little dry legs. The platter is obviously accompanied by a delicious Ciccio, enough to feed two. A wide variety of beers are available. Friendly and helpful service. We'll definitely be back.

20/06/2025: It is located in a beautiful large estate with ample parking and in the summer you eat in the garden. The menu is fixed and drinks are included without limits, for the quantity and quality it has a fair price. The guys are fast and friendly, the owner Vincenzo is a humble person and makes you feel at home. I often go back and always bring friends who want quality. Highly recommended

The atmosphere is welcoming and rustic, perfect for those who love good food and a convivial atmosphere. The staff was kind, helpful and very attentive to the needs of the customers.

28/09/2025: A dozen or so tables outside, even in a charming little square in Monopoli, don't work miracles. The menu is sparse; The quality is terrible; The prices are above average; Cleanliness is nonexistent; Only the staff proved to be up to par, kind and helpful. The owner doesn't do or know how to do anything, yet she proved to be unhelpful, rude, and downright dirty. In conclusion: WE STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Your response follows. I feel it is absolutely necessary to repeat your response to my previous review, since you are such liars, rude, and completely unprofessional. That said, I FIRST OFFER that Saturday was Saturday, so what? My wife and I were walking by and, seeing three seemingly empty tables since we hadn't booked, we asked a waiter, who was very kind, if they were free, and since they were, he gave us free rein. Unfortunately, as soon as we sat down, we realized we'd chosen a table right along the staff's passageway to the inside of the restaurant, so we politely asked, even before it was set, if we could move to another equally free table. We were promptly granted one without any problem. If that's complaining or a nuisance, you're the one. We ordered calmly and shortly thereafter received our order. We'd just started eating when three or four very Italian people, some of whom we knew, arrived at the free table next to us (no more than a meter away) with two dogs. Considering the size of two long-haired German shepherds, they couldn't hold them down. One of them, frantically tugging on his handler, moved past us, almost knocking over our table and rubbing against my pants, just to say hello to the owner, who was right behind us. When I complained, the annoyed owner told us the dogs were hers and that we were the ones causing the disturbance. Therefore, according to the pseudo-owner, we were supposed to eat with two large dogs within a meter of us, excited by her presence and therefore anything but still, while they breathed on our food and spread hair everywhere. The extremely kind and insistent intervention of a waiter in moving us from one table, personally offering to move all the dishes for us, ensured we stayed, and the pseudo-owner, not satisfied, teased us, telling us to be careful that a dog might wander near the other table as well. Do you even realize what kind of person she is? Is it a crime not to love dogs enough to hug them, kiss them, and let them lick you all over? And who knows, maybe even be allergic to their hair? And yes, my dear pseudo-entrepreneur, allergies to animal hair also exist. You surely don't know this, or you pretend not to, so full of your arrogance and presumption are you. Therefore, I conclude the education course (and veiled threat), you should go and take it yourself, you need it so much. I would also add the hygiene course, because whatever anyone says, anyone who lives in such close and unnatural contact with animals is a total dirty bastard. And if you want to do it in a restaurant, among the tables and people sitting down to eat, it's beyond disrespectful and rude. If it's any consolation, however, we agree on one thing: you will never see me again in your establishment (which is not a establishment but a square), and rest assured, I will be a fierce spokesperson for your misdeeds to all my acquaintances and friends. Goodbye P.S. I immediately clarified with the waiter that it wasn't him who petted the dog while calmly continuing to serve the tables but a colleague of his with whom I had confused him. After all, if the example is set by the owner, what should we be shocked about?
